Looks a pretty new hotel inside. Close to Nagoya Station,

The hotel is conveniently located near the Nagoya train station, where there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The room was very clean and nicely furnished, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

A quick short walk from Nagoya station. The room was nice and staff was so kind and nice. Widest range of amenities that we'd seen from all the hotels that we stayed at.

Staffs are nice, location is great. We have lovely time there.

This hotel was great. Staff were excellent and spoke English. Breakfast was of good quality and the free drinks during the day in the cafe was really handy on hot days when returning from some shopping.
Rooms were of good size, quite normal to be small in Japan but the twin room we booked was big enough.
On site facilities were also very handy, with microwaves and washing machines. Overall, very happy.
There is some construction going on to the rear of the property. It is a bit of an eye sore but the total cannot really do anything about that.

This hotel provides excellent value for the price paid compared to other hotels in Nagoya. I booked 3 months in advance, and got a very good rate which included breakfast. The room was small, as is typical for Japan, but was very clean, modern, and included numerous amenities. The bed was very comfortable but just barely accommodates two people (slightly smaller than a North American double). The 40+ item breakfast buffet in the cafe was excellent and featured both Japanese and western items. As well, guests of the hotel receive free drinks in the cafe during the day. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I visit Nagoya in the future.

Wonderful location, room was excellent size and features. Bathroom even had a tub! Service was very helpful and attentive.

The hotel is only 3 minutes walk from Nagoya station and conveniently located for Nagoya’s transport network. There are a large number of restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel is very modern and the rooms well equipped. Although the rooms are small (most Japanese hotel rooms are) a stay of 2 or 3 nights is no problem.
The staff were helpful and from 10.00 to 20.00 there is cafe serving guests free tea/coffee/fruit juice and you can buy a well priced snack lunch or cake etc if you want. Recommended.

Very convenient location with amazing amenities! Breakfast buffet had lots of options including Nagoya soul food! We will definitely return when we visit the area!

Excellent property really friendly front desk staff, cleaners did fantastic job cleaning room.
Wish we could have stayed longer and explored Nagoya more.
