Comfortable but basic
Pros:

Clean and comfortable beds. Check in and out was easy.

Cons:

No microwave
No human at the front desk
Intermittent maid service

And No ability to store your luggage before check-in.This was a biggie as we navigated Tokyo with suitcases. All the station lockers were full.

I have paid less and received more at other Tokyo hotels.

Zo gedetailleerd alles, de badkamer die goed geïsoleerd is qua geluid, de oordopjes omdat je met 5 personen op 1 kamer slaapt. Ruimte is niet groot, maar toch heel praktisch.

Excellent hotel located within walking distance of Shinjuku area, very neat and comfortable.
Pros:

We did the online check-in in advance and everything was very smooth upon our arrival. The room was perfect, very clean and neat, confortable beds and within walking distance from the main attractions. We loved this hotel, the kids appreciated sleeping in the bunk bed.
