Terrible location, mould in shower, tiny room, no storage for luggage.
Cons:

The room was definitely not suitable for a family of 5. We’ve travelled Japan several times and this would be the most disappointing stay we’ve ever had. The shower had mould all through it which was awful to have to shower in each morning for 5 days. The location is not great. A very long walk to central Shinjuku. Would not recommend.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt, um Tokio zu erkunden.
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist fussläufig in 8 min erreichbar.
Das Zimmer war super sauber, die AC hat bestens funktioniert, nachts war es leise.
Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

完全自助入住
睡滿可以6人入住 但會有點小
很溫馨 很有學生宿舍的感覺
有電梯 不用自己搬行李
附近有超商半夜吃消夜很方便

Cons:

我們4人入住 行李要輪流打開
不知道是不是其他間有抽菸 室內一直有菸味
隔音稍弱

Stedet er litt lite, men du har alt du trenger. 10 min gange til godzilla head, ca 35 min til government building.

Cons:

Our room was located on the ground floor and was actually below the level of the sidewalk outside. Because people could easily see directly into the room, we couldn’t open the blinds, leaving us with very little natural light throughout our stay. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak in one of the rooms, making it difficult to stay connected.

Hotel muito bem localizado! Bairro é uns dos melhores de Tokyo!
Pros:

O quarto muito bom! Banheiro bom! Troca de toalhas!

Cons:

O funcionário não fala muito bem inglês! Não fica ninguém na unidade, tudo é eletrônico check-in e checkout!

Pros:

Lovely location of the hotel. Easy to get anywhere we wanted by walking or train station very close. Good beds and great use of space in room. Bathroom was soundproof so you could not hear anyone showering at any time. Highly recommend 👌

Great budget Shinjuku option for families
Pros:

Good location - great launching spot for Shinjuku, very creatively arranged room - our family of 4 fit in neatly and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Very affordable for the area.

Det var en virkelig spændende indretning, hvor der var god plads til kufferter. Et stort plus.

Cons:

Området var lidt kedeligt, men det var tæt en station, som altid er et stort plus.

Jeg vil klart anbefale at besøge Bingoya, KOTI coffee og genbrugsbutikken MIOA for Valleyliving.

Supermarkedet Maruetsu er tæt på, hvilket er en kæmpe fordel.

●事前の問い合わせに早くとても丁寧な返答をしてくれました
●ベッドは本当にフカフカで気持ちが良かったです
●テレビが大きく２台あります
●駅(東新宿)から数分
●チェックインは事前に登録等しておくととてもスムーズでした
●鍵は無く部屋のドアはチェックイン時に表示のコードで開くのでとても便利
●歩いて数分のところにコンビニがあります(１番近くはローソンストア100かな)
●この場所でこの人数でとても安く宿泊出来ました
●スリッパも通常のものと使い捨てのものとあります
●電気ケトルがとても活躍しました

●狭さは否めず大人数の場合大きい荷物を広げるスペースの確保が大変
●シャワー室に椅子があればなと
●冷蔵庫は冷蔵のみで冷凍機能はない。とても小さいので大量のものを入れられない
●上のベッドへ上がるのが大変
