Great place and location for a few days. Be aware that it is a self service hotel, no staff on site

La localisation était très bien. Proche des rues animées mais dans une calme.
Optimisation de l'espace avec un coin nuit de chaque côté de l'entrée et une salle de bain moderne et pratique

Cons:

Aucun personnel d'accueil (nous qui pensions déposer nos bagages à la réception...) et manque d'espace de rangement pour nos affaires.
Lumière du palier allumée en permanence et qui filtrait au dessus et en dessous de la porte. Isolation du palier moyenne, on entendait les voisons rentrer/sortir

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux dans cet établissement et si nous revenons à Tokyo, nous réserverons de nouveau SAK

L’emplacement, l’agencement, la mezzanine, la propreté, le calme…

Cons:

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de machine à laver, et pas de personnel à la réception (le Check in et le Check out se fait seul, attention ⚠️ pas de réception des bagages par T-Q-BIN, nous avons fait livrer nos bagages quelques mètres plus loin)

The space of the rooms. Everything was in its place no misused of the area.

The shower was on one side the wall rather than in the middle so was in fear of water leaking out of the shower door.

Terrible location, mould in shower, tiny room, no storage for luggage.
Cons:

The room was definitely not suitable for a family of 5. We’ve travelled Japan several times and this would be the most disappointing stay we’ve ever had. The shower had mould all through it which was awful to have to shower in each morning for 5 days. The location is not great. A very long walk to central Shinjuku. Would not recommend.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt, um Tokio zu erkunden.
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist fussläufig in 8 min erreichbar.
Das Zimmer war super sauber, die AC hat bestens funktioniert, nachts war es leise.
Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

完全自助入住
睡滿可以6人入住 但會有點小
很溫馨 很有學生宿舍的感覺
有電梯 不用自己搬行李
附近有超商半夜吃消夜很方便

Cons:

我們4人入住 行李要輪流打開
不知道是不是其他間有抽菸 室內一直有菸味
隔音稍弱

Stedet er litt lite, men du har alt du trenger. 10 min gange til godzilla head, ca 35 min til government building.

Cons:

Our room was located on the ground floor and was actually below the level of the sidewalk outside. Because people could easily see directly into the room, we couldn’t open the blinds, leaving us with very little natural light throughout our stay. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak in one of the rooms, making it difficult to stay connected.
