Great for travel in Tokyo as a family price value is a bit an issue as room is very small

Nice place. Very clean. Little bit out of the way but that was fine.
Pros:

We could all stay in one room, amenities were good. Very clean and quiet.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit smaller than expected. A bit further away than we had thought. Not having any staff or front desk means no luggage forwarding. Beds a bit hard but okay.

Great stay in Tokyo!
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel, it was in a calm neighborhood, but still close to the center

Cons:

The double bed was a bit small for us as 2 Dutch people (we are tall) but besides that we loved the hotel

Pros:

Close to some stations just a few minutes walking. Very nice. Staff were absolutely kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room for four people at Annex were quite small, but nothing that could make our stay there bad.
