Hotel na dobroj lokaciji, prijava u sam smestaj nije imala nikakve veze sa samim osobljem vec se infomacije dobijaju online sto olaksava sam dolazak bez brige kako uci. Lokacija je odlicna i blizu svih poznatih stvari. Cistoca iskreno jako lepa pohvala, soba je svaki dan mirisala.
Nema niceg specijalnog. Mozda samo da se wc okreci, popune rupe koje imaju i slicno

Πρώτα δεν υπάρχει ούτε ρεσεψιόν μόνο για το check in και μετά είναι κλειδωμένο,δεν υπάρχει πρωινό στο χώρο αλλά μας στείλανε έξω σε ζαχαροπλαστείο που εκεί δοικαιουσαι μόνο ένα καφέ και ένα κρουασάν !! Απαραδεκτο! Γιατί πληρώσαμε για πρωινό! Δεν αλλάξαν σεντόνια,ούτε χαρτί τουαλετας αρκετό όποτε αγοράσαμε εμείς ,.ενα μπαλκόνι που δεν μπορείς να κάτσεις γιατί είναι πολύ μικρό και ούτε καν καρέκλα ,το μπάνιο μούχλα γύρω από το νιπτήρα και γενικά το μπάνιο δεν είναι καθαρό δαχτυλιες στους τοίχους . ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΟ! Απλά νοικιάσανε έναν όροφο σε μια πολυκατοικία χωρίς καμία υπηρεσία,εγώ είχα δει καφετέρια, πρωινό, μπαλκόνι? Που ? Τίποτα !!! Είμαι πολύ θυμωμένη.και όταν ζήτησα να μου δώσουνε απόδειξη μου είπε η κοπέλα να το ζητήσω ονλιν γιατί δεν έχει χρόνο για μένα .έλεος.

Late check in - link wasn’t send so we were waiting outside late at night waiting for a WhatsApp reply to give us the instructions on how to get in. Really unorganised.
Dell'hotel mi è piaciuta solo la posizione. Per il resto assistenza completamente assente e inadeguata, soprattutto in relazione al prezzo che, per il tipo di struttura, non è così basso.
Nella mail di prenotazione mi era stato detto che avrei potuto lasciare lo zaino in deposito prima del check in, mentre in struttura non c'era nessuno. Ho telefonato e mi hanno detto di aspettare. Ho pagato per la colazione a buffet ma non c'era e mi è stato detto di recarmi in un bar convenzionato per avere in un caffè e una brioche, cosa che non ho fatto perché non è il tipo di colazione che volevo. Anche l'ultimo giorno non ho potuto lasciare lo zaino dopo il check out e quindi ho passato mezza giornata in giro per Napoli con 40 gradi con uno zaino grande e pesante in spalla.
La ubicacion y la limpieza
La posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla metropolitana. Parte del centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi.
Struttura molto pulita, camere spaziose.
Il palazzo esternamente sembra fatiscente.
