Ho soggiornato al Jazz Hotel di Napoli e nel complesso è stata un’esperienza davvero positiva. La posizione è ottima: si trova in una zona centrale e strategica, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Da lì è comodissimo muoversi anche a piedi per arrivare nel cuore della città e visitare le principali attrazioni.
L’hotel è curato, pulito e accogliente. L’ambiente è tranquillo e lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile e gentile durante il soggiorno.
L’unico piccolo inconveniente che ho riscontrato è stato un momentaneo problema con l’acqua calda che non usciva correttamente. Nulla di grave, ma è l’unico dettaglio che segnalo per completezza.
Per il resto mi sono trovato molto bene. È una soluzione pratica per chi vuole soggiornare a Napoli in una posizione comoda, con tutto a portata di mano.

Breakfast is only a croissant and instand coffee in a bag in the room .. it was hard to cancel!

Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μου στο Jazz Hotel Napoli ήταν εξαιρετικά αρνητική. Το κατάλυμα ήταν βρόμικο και σε κακή κατάσταση, με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολο να νιώσει κανείς άνετα ή ασφαλής. Η κράτηση που είχα γίνει δεν φαινόταν να υπάρχει πουθενά, και στην πραγματικότητα δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό επί τόπου για να βοηθήσει. Η μόνη επικοινωνία γινόταν μέσω WhatsApp, και μάλιστα την τελευταία στιγμή, χωρίς σαφείς οδηγίες ή υποστήριξη. Συνολικά, η διαμονή ήταν πολύ προβληματική και σίγουρα δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά ούτε θα το πρότεινα σε άλλους.

Als tourist zijnde was het frustrerend een Italiaanse link in te vullen. Ik snapte niks van wat ze vroegen. Je moest je aanmelden aan de hand van een link aangezien er geen infobali was en dus ook geen personeel. Daardoor heb ik meer dan 25 min verloren. Uiteindelijk heeft iemand van booking geholpen en kreeg ik te weten welke kamer ik sliep. Om dan te zien dat de deur van de kamer helemaal niet op slot kon! Als solo traveler is dit niet geruststellend. Ik heb dan ook meteen een ander hotel gezocht.

Mi hanno lasciato fuori dalla struttura in piena notte a causa di un mal funzionamento della cassetta contenente le chiavi per il self check in. Può anche capitare ma non deve accadere.che nessuno risponde al telefono in caso di una emergenza simile. Questo per me vuol dire che dell'ospite non glie ne frega nulla. Sono stato salvato da un tassista che mi ha portato presso un'altra struttura con portiere notturno. Scandaloso!!

The hotel restaurant was closed throughout our stay and this was not communicated to us. We booked bed and breakfast, but had to go up the road for a croissant and a coffee. No cooked breakfast available, which was advertised on the website.

Poteva andare meglio ...
Pros:

La camera accogliente e pulita , letto comodissimo , staff cordiale
Posizione buona e vista città gradevole

Cons:

La corrente che andava e veniva , luci camera non funzionanti , solo le lampade sopra al letto erano fortunatamente funzionanti
Scarichi otturati , doccia sporca e abbiamo dovuto togliere il soffione perché otturato dal calcare
L' acqua della doccia è arrivata quasi in camera , se non fosse stato per il bagno , pulizia e luci avrebbe avuto sicuramente un 9 !!
