Pros:

El alojamiento es espectacular y las instalaciones preciosas.

Cons:

Pero nuestra experiencia fue mala. En el desayuno pedimos varias cosas de la carta y nunca llegaron. Otras llegaron cuando ya prácticamente habíamos terminado el desayuno. Lo que nos pareció mal fue que clientes que llegaron después si obtuvieron su platos antes que nosotros. Está feo…
Por otro lado el spa tenía el agua fría. Ellos decían que a 27 grados pero esto no era real, estaba sin climatizar y los chorros tampoco funcionaban. Eso sí, no nos lo cobraron.
Fuimos para un fin de semana relax y de spa y la verdad no fue lo esperado…

Decoração incrível, equipa muito simpática e prestativa, jardins soberbos.
O pequeno-almoço é ótimo!
Os quartos são muito confortáveis.
No geral uma experiência muitíssimo boa!

Cons:

No quarto algumas coisas menos boas...
A pedra do duche estava partida, o pavimento tinha muitas nódoas, não haviam chávenas para tomar café ou chá, apesar de existirem café e chá no quarto, só havia um conjunto de amenities num quarto de 2 pessoas e a canalização do lavatório vertia água.

Beautiful babymoon with a few small tweaks needed
Pros:

Beautiful grounds and staff were lovely. Breakfast was exceptional as were both the Terroire restaurant for lunch (we ate there twice!) and the Michelin restaurant for dinner. The interior design and grounds are another level - really well thought out! We made use of the boat charter which was a lovely touch.

Cons:

There was a building wide issue with aircon and we had to ask for a fan (rather than one being offered to
Us) - which was very much needed as I am 8 months pregnant. This appeared to be a known issue but not something they were proactively managing which was a bit strange. We had to get up to go and ask for service by the pool for drinks which I wouldn’t expect at a five star. I would have expected more complimentary items in the mini bar given the room rate. Our bath tub was lovely and deep but the handles were a bit lose so some maintenance wouldn’t go a miss.

Pros:

The room service breakfast was fantastic! Spacious room with incredible views, gorgeous bathtub facing the river view and a comfortable bed. The bar and Vinha Restaurant are absolute must-try's if you're staying here. A special thank you to Gabriela at the bar who entertained our immense curiosity for the world of mixology and attended to all our (slightly annoying) special requests :)

Cons:

There could have been more staff circulating the property throughout the day to check if guests want anything to drink for example.

Pros:

Das instalações e dos serviços do spa, embora sendo um spa Sisley, não foram utilizados produtos da marca, em nenhum dos tratamentos realizados!

Cons:

Tendo mencionado, o facto de estar a celebrar o aniversário, e de ser já cliente do hotel, não houve qualquer mimo ou atenção especial!! Para um hotel de 5 estrelas...o atendimento ficou muito aquém do esperado e, já tido, no passado!
