The hotel is located in a quiet area next to the river - perfect for a relaxing few days. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The grounds were well maintained and the spa facilities were nice. Dining experiences were fantastic.
The location was perfect, it was a beautiful walk along the river into town taking you past all the incredible bridges. The hotel itself has a surprise in every room with the most amazing decor.
All staff were friendly & attentive making you feel very special with all the extra services & attention to detail.

I loved the fact that it was just across the water from the town which made it feel very calm and peaceful. this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in ,the attention to detail was amazing felt like real luxury. The spa facilities were also beautiful very calm relaxing the outdoor pool was also beautiful well manicured gardens. The staff were very helpful very friendly and very welcoming and very professional. Also very knowledgeable of the area hotel the facilities.

Vista para o rio e tranquilidade. Hotel lindíssimo, muito bom serviço e restaurante Vinha imperdível.
Não houve nada que não gostasse... O trajeto para chegar ao hotel não é excelente, e tive pena da zona da piscina não estar muito exposta ao sol... Nada de importante.
A experiência, no conjunto, foi muito boa. É um hotel muito bem enquadrado, com a dimensão certa para manter um ambiente intimista, e onde se nota muito bom gosto e atenção em praticamente todos os detalhes. Consegue ser bastante acolhedor sem deixar de transmitir uma sensação muito premium.
O único ponto menos positivo foi o processo relacionado com a escolha do restaurante para o jantar. Fomos contactados com bastante antecedência e, nessa altura, informei que uma das pessoas era vegan. Pouco depois recebemos uma proposta de ementa completa, entrada, prato principal e sobremesa, que nos agradou e que aceitámos.
Por isso, foi com alguma surpresa que só já no hotel percebemos que a nossa reserva tinha sido feita no restaurante mais casual e não no restaurante principal, sendo-nos indicado que essa decisão estava relacionada com o facto de uma das pessoas ser vegan.
Frequentamos com alguma regularidade restaurantes de nível semelhante, incluindo restaurantes com estrela Michelin, e nunca o facto de existir uma pessoa vegan no grupo foi impeditivo de sermos recebidos ou de ser preparada uma alternativa dentro da experiência proposta pelo restaurante. Sobretudo depois de nos ter sido enviada e aceite previamente uma ementa, todo o processo acabou por ser algo confuso e pouco transparente.
Dito isto, acabámos por ter uma experiência muito positiva no restaurante mais descontraído, tanto na comida como no serviço, o que acabou por minimizar bastante esta situação.
