The accommodation was close to all famous places to visit. The hotel staff were attentive, pleasant and helpful. The accommodation was clean. The breakfast had a very good choice and was plentiful.

The staff were amazing. There tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible. They were very helpful. Although, our room was smaller, it sure was clean. The hotel was very aesthetic. The breakfast buffet with the view was phenomenal. Where do you find a breakfast buffet that serves fresh honeycomb? It was my first time to have been served that. The hotel is close to most tourist sites, very much walkable. You won't get hungry as there are many restaurants and stores nearby. No gym though, but, it's not a priority of ours to be at. Overall, a 5⭐️ for me.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent. From the very first moment, the staff’s attention was incredible—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. The cleanliness was spotless, with every detail carefully taken care of. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything needed for a perfect stay.

The location is also ideal, close to everything important yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy. Truly a 10/10 experience—I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Good location, nice clean hotel

Honestly words can’t express how amazing the staff are! The property was so clean and the staff went above and beyond to make my families stay amazing. I’ve stayed in lots of five star hotels around the world, including Istanbul and the service level was on top at this hotel. Last time we stayed in Istanbul we stayed at a different hotel which was supposedly five stars and the service and cleanliness was now here as good as the Royan Hotel. The location was shockingly close to Hagia Sophia (8 mins) and the local train station was very convenient. Every day the staff on the reception helped us choose good food locations and destinations to visit all the Personal touch of what they enjoyed.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and if we want to stay in Sultanahmet again we will definitely be choosing this hotel.

Lovely little hotel. Nice room with reasonable view. Very clean. Excellent and attentive staff particularly Mereva. Really good and varied breakfast choices. Location very central, just a few minutes walk from Aya Sofia. Really enjoyed the stay and many thanks to the team.

The manager was helpful and solicitous throughout our stay. He was always willing to help. The staff were similarly great and the breakfast buffet offered many choices.
