The sheets are dirty, the towels are dirty and stained, the curtains are broken and you can see inside the room from the outside. Although the price is low, it does not deserve this price.

This property was not flash, but i absolutely loved it, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel, i had a baseroom room which was very spacious, cooking facilities, bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The bedding was something you would have at home not a hotel. I much prefer this type of experience when travelling over flashy hotels when I am out all day long and return late just to sleep. The price was very good. The hotel manager was very nice.

The photos are a lie. The room I bought is also a lie. The price is acceptable because it is extremely cheap, but it is very wrong to try to sell it to people with false information. The room cleanliness bothered me a lot, the place was full of insects.

When i arrived i was waiting around with no clue where to go. There were bugs and the sheets/towels were filthy. I got bug bites and had to leave earlier than intended my stay. Overall isn’t what the pictures are like at all

They gave a totally different room than photos. Their excuse was that room couldn't be booked with such low price although there was just one photo in the website. I accepted the new room as I had luggages and didn't want to move. But towels and sheets was so dirty. When I asked cleaner lady to change them, she said they had just washed everything but those gray colors don't disappear. Plus, there was a few insects in the room. I could stay there just one hour and left after booking another place nearby. I accept that price was low but low price can not be an excuse for such bad service.

Their treatment is very dirty. I booked in this hotel and they took me to another building and it was very dirty and moldy and had a bad smell.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Buzdolabı, klima, TV VS. İyiydi. Banyo ve wc çok küçüktü. Parkeler Aralık olmuş perdeler görevini yerine getirmeyecek kadar eski. Balkonu ana caddeyi görüyordu çok beğendik. Odalar temizdi. Genel olarak fiyatına göre gayet başarılı tekrar gidersem tekrar tercih ederim

The property was entirely different from that mentioned in the website, there was mould in the room and no heater and no hot water.
I’m giving 2 stars for the old man who was working there and he was so friendly but only knows the local language.

Berbat bir yer kesinlikle gitmeyin!! Hiç resimlerde göründüğü gibi değil! İyi yorumlar ya satın alınmış ya da fake hesaplardan oluşturulmuştur. İnanmayın. Biz gittik bin pişman olduk. Tuvaletten gelen kötü kokuyu mu anlatsam, pis nevresimleri mi. Klimadan çıkan suyu bir hortumla pet şişeye aktarmaları mı ya da neredeyse bütün duvarın küf tutmuş olmasını mı. Yatak kırık, tuvalet ve duş kabini pis. Havlu tuvalet kağıdı vs. yok. Mutfak berbat durumda her taraf pis. Pirizler nerdeyse tavanda, telefonu şarj etmek mümkün değil. Pencerelerden içeriye soğuk hava giriyor. Biz üç gün konaklayacaktık.. İstanbul’a gece vardığımız için bir geceyi mecbur burada geçirdik ama inanın ceketlerimiz ve ayakkabılarımızla yatakta uyuduk. Ha tabi o kötü kokuları almamak için burnumuza maske taktık ama nafile. Öyle pis, iğrenc ve korkunç bir yerdi. Apartmana bakan kişiye şikayetlerimizi bildirince ilk defa duyuyormuş gibi davrandı terbiyesiz. Kalmadığımız iki gecenin parasını geri alamadık. Az para vermiyoruz o paraları alkole vereceğine apartmanı yaşanacak bir yere çevirebilir. İstanbul’da güzel vakit geçirmek istiyorsanız buraya kesinlikle gitmeyin!!

It was very easy to find and to get into. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, everything worked, we could easily heat the rooms. Bathrooms Were spotless. Price definitely had a good return. Highly recommend it. Great to ace ground floor rooms if you can't climb steep staircase of this beautiful Ottoman era stone house. Excellent location

The staff was very friendly and welcoming on the phone. We stayed in room 505 on the 5th and last floor. It was decent with a kitchen counter equipped with a stove, a sink, and a few cups and teabags. There was also a hair dryer, a TV, and an AC (and a heating system for the winter). The things that could be improved would be attaching a proper shower head holder, and completely closing the gap in the bathroom’s ceiling as it lets insects in. The bedsheets were washed but had a thin layer of dust that could be brushed off. Overall a good value for money.

This is 5 story building and each floor has 1 room but olny 3 room available.The rooms in 2nd,3rd floor are ok but the room in 1st floor is awful which made my freind moved to other place next day with saying "smells bad and too bright at night because lighting from the street".There is no reception.I had never seen anyone while staying there except a cleaning old couple on the first day.

Nicht zu empfehlen.. sehr dreckige Zimmer und die Küchen Ausstattung ungenießbar.
Die Gegend sehr unsicher da muss man Angst haben nachts ausgeraubt zu werden. Und der Angestellte ein sehr komischer Mann der überhaupt keine Reaktion gezeigt hat nach dem man ihn konfrontiert hat mit den dreckigen Zimmer und das kein Klopapier vorhanden ist…

Mussten uns nach einem anderen Hotel in der Gegend umschauen weil das kein Zustand war um Dorten schlafen zu können.

Wir haben uns gleich wieder ausgeheckt,

I really recommend this site for everything! location just a few minutes walk from Taksim where there are shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of Istanbul, the comfortable spacious apartment with everything you need and cleanliness, the very comfortable beds, the balcony, the very good wifi and several wifi to choose from, the attention of the excellent owner
