A very luxurious hotel at a reasonable price, hindered by lack of hot water and some accessibility issues.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel room was excellent apart from the hot water. The room looked just like the pictures, it had cable TV and access to its own sun terrace. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious.
In terms of other things the breakfast was ok - a fairly standard, mainly cold buffet breakfast comprising of cereals, cold meats, cheeses croissants and cakes, coffee and juices. It also offered cooked sausages, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs.

Cons:

The main complaint was the lack of hot water in the bathroom. It seems a shame to ruin everything by having an inadequate supply of hot water. Given I stayed in the off season it doesn't bode well for the peak summer season
The other issue is accessibility. In order to access the hotel and reach the lifts you have to climb two separate flights of around six to eight steps. There is a chair lift on both stair cases but this does not address the issue of luggage.
To be fair, the receptionist did help me with my luggage on the way in but I had to do it myself on the way out - not a show stopper issue as I'm sure the staff would help if needed but nonetheless a consideration when comparing with other offers elsewhere.

Pulizia,gentilezza,confort,stanze perfette.rapporto qualità prezzo ottima.
Volevo precisare riguardo le recensioni che parlavano della poca insonorizzazione delle camere.Bisogna precisare una cosa,all interno delle stanze non si sente assolutamente nulla.Unica cosa in effetti quando passa qualcuno nei corridoi ,per qualche secondo ,si sente molto il vociare.

Cons:

Avendo avuto un problema di salute mi sono rivolta all’hotel per trovare una soluzione non potendo usufruire del soggiorno ma non mi sono venuto incontro. Per fortuna sono riuscita a trovare qualcuno che andasse al mio posto

Great place to explore Rimini.
Pros:

Great staff, well organised, a barman offered us coffe near 7:00 morning before breakfast which is my dayli routine, so warm and welcome we feelt there!

Arredi recenti, materasso comodo, personale gentile e disponibile. Buona posizione e vicino al mare. Abbiamo usufruito di trattamenti di massaggi alla Spa dell'hotel con personale qualificato. Colazione internazionale discretamente varia.

Cons:

Insonorizzazione da migliorare, il bagno della camera dei nostri amici non aveva il bidet.

Albergo vicino al lungomare, posizione comoda.

Cons:

Colazione non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.
Non c'era frutta fresca ma le solite banali pesche e prugne sciroppate.
Alle 8.30 le uova erano già finite e prima che le riportassero è passata mezz'ora.
Servzio scadente.
Camera riscaldata troppo e poco insonorizzata.
Nel complesso una struttura nella media ma davvero nulla di eccezionale.

Una giornata di relax totale a due passi dal mare

Posizione ottima a due passi dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia, pulizia impeccabile, letti comodi, colazione ottima e disponibilità SPA. Personale cordiale, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza.
