Pros:

In center of village. Easy walk to ski lifts. Was very clean

Cons:

Restaurant and breakfast was fantastic. Ski lockers and showers in locker room if you red it.

Relaxing, convenient luxury in the heart of Zermatt.
Pros:

Quiet and comfortable room with awesome views and excellent breakfast. Staff was kind and helpful. Comfortable beds, high-quality showers, and convenient location.

Cons:

A bit expensive, but I think it was worth it in the quality of the experience.

Excellent hotel with exceptional room and shower! Loved the location and the quiet side street.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent and had lots of options. The location was just a short, easy walk from the train station in the center of town. It was on a quiet side street. The staff was excellent and the room was exceptional. Great water pressure and a great shower! I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel po vizuální stránce vypadá velmi dobře, ale jsou zde věci, které nás velmi zklamali a bohužel nám pokazili dovolenou.

1. Postele - postele jsou velmi nepohodlné (polštáře jsou velmi tvrdé ) a nejhorší je, že to není jedna manželská postel, ale dvě vedle sebe - stačí malý pohyb a postele se rozjedou od sebe - tím jsme měli velmi narušený spánek, kde jsme se za 4 dny vůbec nevyspali, takže odjíždíme naprosto otrávení a unavení.

2. Snídaně jsou velmi skromné, ale co nám velmi vadilo, tak nebyla zde vůbec žádná zelenina (museli jsme si koupit sami v Coop a ani zde není teplá snídaně (párky nebo vajíčka)

Tohle je přeci standard v každém hotelu nebo ne ? Platíte velké peníze a šetří na vás...

Obsluha nebyla špatná, ale zažili jsme příjemnější - nejvíce sympatická byla paní na úklid.

Bohužel příště zvolíme díky špatným postelým a snídani jiný hotel.

Poloha hotelu je takřka v centru, to je velké plus.
