Pros:

L’hôtel a été rénové avec goût.
La salle de bain est vraiment belle et pratique.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien et certaines tables ont la vue sur le Cervin.
Local de ski avec casier individuel par chambre comprenant des portes sèche- chaussures.
Proche de la gare , du départ de Sunnegga et d’un arrêt de bus.

Cons:

Impossible de régler la température de la chambre , il y faisait trop chaud.

Central location but terrible room size and noise from a joining hotel
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Very noisy and cramped small room. One side of the hotel faces the service yard for another hotel which means you can’t have the window open so noisy every night until midnight and bottle bins being emptied people shouting from4 am. Horrible room aspect! (Rear of the hotel)

Nice, clean hotel in center of Zermatt
Pros:

Great hotel very centrally located in Zermatt with all the basic needs including a very nice breakfast. Room was on the smaller side (but then again most in Zermatt are that way) but made up for it with a nice sized bathroom, nice amenities and cleanliness.

Cons:

Wish hotel would have its own transport or assistance to get to/from lifts

Lovely small hotel for peaceful holiday
Pros:

1. Location – Right in the heart of Zermatt. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the train station, with restaurants and shops just a short stroll away (no more than 5 minutes). The major ski lifts are also conveniently located within a 5–15 minute walk.
2. Room – Although the room was quite small, it was very cleverly designed with plenty of storage space. The balcony offered a great view, which was a lovely bonus. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had excellent water pressure — something that is often disappointing in many hotels.
3. Ski Room – A comfortable ski room with heated lockers, which was very convenient after a day on the slopes.
4. Breakfast – Tasty but limited (see below), with various fresh bread, boiled eggs, ham, fresh orange juice etc.

Cons:

1. Bed – The bed was made up of two singles pushed together, which tended to slide apart during the night. This made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable.
2. Breakfast – Breakfast was a bit basic for our taste. There were no hot options such as omelettes or porridge, no vegetables, and the fruit was only available whole (e.g., whole oranges or apples), which made it less convenient to add to yogurt. The coffee was not particularly good either. It was fine for a short stay, but for a longer visit, you might want to consider budgeting for breakfast elsewhere.
3. Bed Linen – The bed sheets were somewhat impractical, as they seemed to attract lint and small threads. Although they appeared freshly washed, we noticed a good few small hairs and fibers upon check-in.
4. This is not a deal-breaker, but it would be a nice touch to provide slippers in the room.
