terrible experience
Pros:

just a brand name edition that i was thought its five stars lux hotel that obviosly i have made huge mistake

Cons:

old with bad smell and old rooms and design,pictures on booking are ai photoshop and for first time in my life i paid 3 nights stay and left hotel after 2 nights because i couldnt be there anymore .

Great Location for a weekend trip
Pros:

The location is great, the property is also exactly what you expect from a THE EDITION, very stylish and sophisticated.

Cons:

The room was super dark, and felt cold. I guess its the design but we did not like it. Maybe we were unlucky as our friends had much bette rooms.. Also on the pool area the guys have limited space for the sunbeds, when asked to put us for the waitlist we were forgotten as the shift changed. After a while I came back, and half was free, I told them that no one informed us, they apologized and gave the drinks on the house which was nice of them, but still it appeared a bit messy organized.

Very good location and amazing staff
Pros:

Every member of staff was amazing; however, the property needs some rooms updated for the price.
German the concierge is wonderful as well door staff always helping out.

Cons:

rooms are dark specially the bathroom, taps and shower taps are faded, collapsing WC flusher cover which i informed but they didnt fix.

Pros:

Hotel konum olarak tam merkezde, kaldığımız oda çok genişti, personel çok ilgili ve nazik ve genel olarak hep çözüm odaklılar. Hotelin lobi barı çok şık kesinlikle burda 1-2 bardak birşeyler için.

Cons:

Yastıklar çok kötüydü ek yastık istememize rağmen çok zorlandık.

Exceptional Compassion and Service — Thank You, Lina
Pros:

I am incredibly grateful to The Madrid EDITION, and especially to Lina, for the kindness, understanding, and compassion shown to me when I was unexpectedly unable to travel to Madrid.

Having to cancel a much-anticipated trip was already very disappointing, but the way Lina handled our situation made such a difference. She listened, understood the circumstances, and kindly assisted with refunding our stay. It was a level of genuine care and hospitality that we will always remember.

Sometimes the true character of a hotel is shown not only in how guests are treated during their stay, but also in how they are treated when circumstances don't go as planned. The Madrid EDITION certainly demonstrated that.

Thank you again, Lina, and the entire team. We will definitely return to Madrid, and when we do, there is no question where we will be staying — The Madrid EDITION.
