A nice hotel for a treat but there are better options for the same price or cheaper.
Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel in a good area. The staff were polite, some friendlier than others.

Cons:

It lacked atmosphere compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!
Pros:

Was just wrapping up a 6 country vacation and chose to finish it off in Istanbul. First, really nice, classy older hotel. Lots of charm but where this hotel exceeds in is their staff! I felt like royalty the entire time. The Manager, Logan was attentive and basically saw to it that I was happy the entire time! There are too many people on the staff to mention them here but they all get a round of applause from me! Don't get me wrong, Istanbul is absolutely amazing and I will return again but the Cronton Design Hotel and their amazing staff just made it even better! Thank you for giving me some great memories! Your hospitality is second to no one!!!

Неожиданное разочарование
Pros:

Расположение отеля очень удобное - неподалеку транспортные развязки (трамвай, паром, метро). Удобно добираться до всех основных достопримечательностей пешком. Интерьеры отеля и его внешний вид - весьма хороши. В целом номер, в котором мы останавливались, удобный. Удобные кровать и матрас. На крыше есть бар с красивым видом на мечеть.
Отдельная благодарность сотрудникам отеля, которые действительно старались нам помочь. Прежде всего, благодарим г-жу Валерию, которая в первый же день помогла с организацией мероприятий и дала нам множество ценных рекомендаций. Также мы очень благодарны г-ну Memduh, который окружил нас заботой при проживании в отеле. Данные сотрудники - настоящие профессионалы!
На этом плюсы закончились.

Cons:

Минусов у отеля, к сожалению, больше, чем плюсов. 1. Отвратительные полотенца - они были старыми и зачастую рваными и грязными (да, это были сквозные дыры и желтые пятна)! 2. Ежедневная уборка некачественная. Пол подметают не всегда. Он темного цвета, и на нём видна вся бытовая грязь, которая копится за день. Один раз нам просто не прибрали номер и не поменяли полотенца, персонал просто забыл. Зеркало в ванной комнате практически не протирали. Бокалы для вина, которые стояли рядом с бутылкой на столе, были откровенно грязными. Да, мы не пользовались этими бокалами, но за всё время нашего проживания их никто не помыл. 3. Несколько раз для нас забывали обновлять принадлежности для душа, приходилось просить. 4. В ресторане, который находится в отеле, сотрудники (некоторые) перекладывают ответственность друг на друга. Я заказал пиццу для того, чтобы взять её с собой в прогулку по Босфору. Я просил приготовить её через 1 час. Мне принесли её через 20 минут, уже остывшую и зачем-то нарезанную. Хотя я этого не просил. Со знанием английского языка у меня всё в порядке. 5. Мы заказывали трансфер через отель. Из Аэропорта и в Аэропорт, а также для экскурсий. Это был кошмар! Взаимодействие между отелем и компанией, предоставляющей трансфер, нулевое. Первая поездка из Аэропорта была нормальной, автомобиль был не новый, но чистый и уютный. Но на восьмичасовую экскурсию от отеля мы уехали на древнем автомобиле, в котором даже не было нормального кондиционера, и который был действительно некомфортным. После наших жалоб в отель сотрудники нам пообещали, что подберут для нас лучший вариант автомобиля для поездки в Аэропорт. И опять разочарование - приехал автомобиль, помытый грязными тряпками. То есть по нему была просто размазана грязь! И отель такие вещи, похоже, не контролирует!
Мы никогда такого раньше не видели! Я не рекомендую данный отель, полагаю, он не соответствует 5 звездам.
Всё изложенное выше является моим личным мнением, основанным на впечатлении от отеля.
