Lovely stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Great location if you want to be close to lots of good shopping streets and delicious food. The room was very large which was nice as this was our final stop before we flew home so it was nice to organize our bags. The bathroom was amazing. Very large and well equipped. Staff were very easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay and very accommodating.

Very nice hotel with spacious room and friendly staff in a good central location.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were probably the nicest of the 4 different hotels we stayed in our trip. We also loved the location and price of the hotel. The room was very spacious as well.

Very stylish, comfortable, quiet and spacious hotel. Great location, close to Karasuma Oike station and Pochonto. Good value.

Excelente y muy cordial el trato
Pros:

Las habitaciones grandes, muy limpio todo y el baño era un lujo. Sin contar que queda cerca de todo y el personal es excelente! Volvería sin dudarlo

Buena ubicación cerca de metro y zona céntrica pero tranquila.
La habitación es amplia, cuenta con un salón estilo japonés agradable.
La chica de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

El sistema de climatización de la habitación no cuenta con aire centralizado y funciona únicamente con un split. Esto hace que la calefacción no sea suficiente, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que Kioto es una ciudad bastante fría en esta época.
La sensación térmica en la habitación fue incómoda y no nos permitió estar realmente a gusto. Sería recomendable que el hotel valorara mejorar o renovar el sistema de climatización para ofrecer mayor confort a los huéspedes.

Great location, clean big rooms!
Pros:

We reserved 2 Twin rooms and found the rooms to be large with an area for a small table and bean bags! Hotel is in central Kyoto across from the Museum of Kyoto and just blocks from major shopping areas and restaurants. Coffee machine in the lobby for early mornings!
