It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Pros:

It was a remote location. Happy to have found a place to stay. The staff was nice. The facilities weren't the best. The facilities are very worn, lots of stains. Not clean. With that said, it was very quiet. And the bed was comfortable, which a lot of hotel rooms aren't. So I appreciated those things.

Cons:

Property is heavily worn and stained, and not the cleanest.

Not what you would expect.

The location

For a 4 star hotel, I was gravely disappointed. The room had an odor my plug ins couldn't cover. The towels in the bathroom were old, stained and very thin. There was very little toilet paper on the roll without an extra roll to use. I went to the front desk to ask for another roll and no one was there. I rang the bell on the counter as instructed and no one came to the desk to help. I ended up using the tissue out of my car. I forgot my shower gel, shampoo and lotion on this trip only to find they only give you a very small bar of soap. For 115 per night, I expected better than this.
On the bright side: the ac worked just fine.

My stay was very quiet. But the room was dirty with drywall dust. It was every where.

The room was filthy. It was very dusty from drywall dust. They said installed new lighting on the ceiling drywall but they didn’t vacuum the dust from that. It was all in very the floor and chairs and tables. It was used soap and other items in the bathroom that was not replaced after last person. Almost no tissue in the bathroom.

Ben and Erin Napier need to complete an overhaul.
Pros:

Location was okay but I didn't see any evidence of any breakfast, nor was I informed of any.

Cons:

Dust was on the furniture, bed linen was stained, pillows were flat and small, towels were very thin and had stains as well. The bathtub was in the 'living room' which consisted of a love seat table and two stained chairs. I had to kill a roach crawling on the wall.

I would not recommend it to others.
Cons:

There was a family living on the second floor. The children were up all night playing. The hotel was not well lighted. There were people sleeping in cars outside in the parking lot. I only was there one night an was billed for two.

Staff was great..fixed my bedding immediately

Breakfast consisted of blueberries muffins, eggo and cereal..coffee..not individual wrapped..couldn't tell if it was fresh

Good place in a small town . So what do you want.

Pros:

The breakfast was simple. There was not a lot. Only coffee and milk, no juice.

Cons:

Instead of a gallon of milk, perhaps, individual containers of milk.i may have wanted 2% instead of whole milk. But, I also understand how if hotel property is slow, the milk could go bad .

Cons:

The heat wasn’t working…. Tried several rooms. Checked in about 1:30pm. Had to move to another room. Didn’t get situated until about 7:30pm. I brought my own bedding, the hotels linens didn’t look clean. They were dingy with spots.
