Zeer goed hotel
Pros:

Alles was goed. Vriendelijk personeel, perfect ontbijt, schone kamers, comfortabel bed. De manager Murat was zeer behulpzaam.

Pros:

Very clean and confortable hotel with a very convininet location right next to the highway but on the seashore. The restaurant on the roof offers great options for breakfast and dinner. Great option for car travellers as well as for those who want to relax with the open swimming pool and the seaside.

Très propre et soigné. belle situation au bord de la mer. Le personnel ne parle que très, très peu l'anglais.

Pros:

Deniz çok güzeldi. İlk gün sadece çok yosunluydu. Havuzu kullanmadık. Plajda hizmet iyiydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı yetersizdi bu sebeple plajda öğle saatlerinde yemek yedik. Fiyatlar biraz yüksekti. Su ve içecekler özellikle. Kaldığım odayı da beğendim temizlik iyiydi banyo vs. Genel olarak beğendim. Kızımla güzel bir tatil yaptık. Ordu ya gelirsem başka otel aramam yine burada kalırım.

Gayet temiz odalar konforlu balkonlu havuzlu zaten Ordu da havuzu olan tek yer sayılır ailecek te başarılı kahvaltı hizmeti çalışanların sürekli aşağı inip alıp yukarı çıkması saçma olmuş çok bekleniyor haliyle açık büfe kahvaltı yoktu ama kahvaltısı güzeldi herşeyde vardı

Karadeniz turu için güzel bir durak.
Pros:

Karadeniz turu için özellikle tercih ettiğimiz otel. Kahvaltısı, odaları ve havuzu gayet güzel. Terasta bulunan arkadaşlara teşekkür ederiz.

pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved
Pros:

The location is great, the rooms nicely designed with smart tv. The beach is lovely no rocks, and the overall service was good.

Cons:

the breakfast is a fixed set menu with very limited options.
I hope they consider updating it in the future. The sofa bed in my room was broken and dirty, which was disappointing. Also, they don’t provide a proper duvet, just a thin sheet.

Another issue was that I booked a sea view room, but the view was mostly of the pool, not the sea as expected.

Alles vorhanden auf kleinem Raum
Pros:

Hat alles angeboten, was man auch bei einem grossen 4 Sterne Hotel geboten kriegt. Empfehlenswert!

Definitely recommend this hotel to stay!
Pros:

We really liked everything about the property. There is a good swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant and a beach where you can walk and swim. The staff is super friendly, they helped us with everything. People are welcoming and helpful. They treated us with kindness and respect. I mean the service is superb there. At least this is one of the reasons why you should stay there. By the way, WiFi’s good there so you can work if you need. We’ll recommend this hotel and stay there next time.

Cons:

Maybe bathrooms need some cleaning but on the whole it’s okay!
