Pros:

Sauber und gut, Personal ist nett, Frühstück ist reichlich.

Cons:

Die Gegend dort, man kann dort abends nicht alleine raus gehen. Und die Parkplätze, man wird dort in der zweiten Reihe zugeparkt.

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer gut ausgestattet - z.B. extra Ventilator bei >30° - insgesamt sauber und ansprechend, Frühstücksbuffet gut und ausreichend.
Lage: je nachdem - nur 3 Fußmimuten zum Borsigplatz.
Unhewöhnliches, interessantes "Design" im Haus / Rezeption/ Speisesaal.

Cons:

Es gab einen "Schreibfehler" beim Übernachtungspreis, der zu unseren Lasten gelöst werden sollte. Zum Glück fanden wir aber eine einvernehmliche Lösung.

Cons:

Das Hotel stellt einen virtuellen elektronischen Schlüssel zur Verfügung, mit dem man das Zimmer über das Telefon betreten muss. Leider war es mir nicht möglich, die Tür meines Zimmers zu öffnen.

Clean, quiet

Cons:

Very hot in the room,No air conditioner, no normal fa, only a mini table fan. When we asked the reception to give us one more, the answer is a rejection. No free parking lot, it charges 17€euro/day if you want park the car in hotel’s cooperated garage and the hotel locates in a not so good neighborhood. i booked this hotel because I thought there is free parking lot, but in fact not. In this case, i will suggest to book a hotel in city centrum.

The front desk clerks were very polite and ready to help.

Cons:

There was a problem with the draining of the washbasin. It didn't work propperly.
There was no way to clean below the beds.
