Cons:

That toddlers in diapers were allowed the first and last hour of the Spa hours.
I could only use the Spa early in the morning, and it was not really relaxing with the toddlers in the jacuzzi and the swimming pool playing with the water fountains

Hotel súper completo: gimnasio, spa, piscina exterior, parking...todo impecable para tu disfrute personal. El personal atento, la comida excelente. Todo son facilidades para disfrutar de la estancia. Repetiré sin duda!

Grundsätzlich ist die Lage des Hotels und der Standard sehr gut. Einzig die Zimmer zu klein.
Pros:

Die Lebensmittel beim Frühstück waren frisch und schön dekoriert. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr zuvorkommend.
Es gab immer einen Parkplatz im Haus.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat sich verändert zudem wir schon vor längerer Zeit das erste Mal in diesem Hotel genächtigt haben. Das Küchenpersonal an der Frischküche war mit sich beschäftigt und weniger mit den Gästen. Es gab mehrmals keine Gläser bzw. Teller beim Buffet.
Ich habe in den zwei Tagen ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, dass würde ich sagen von der Größe ein Abstellzimmer war. Preis Leistung finde ich dazu nicht ok.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Palma. Alles ist schnell und fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück ist super. Anlage ist sehr sauber und alle sind sehr freundlich. Spa Bereich ist toll. Fitnessstudio ist zwar klein, aber ausreichend.

Verwöhnhotel in Toplage in Palma
Pros:

Dieses moderne Stadt Hotel liegt sehr Zentral und man ist in guten 10 Minuten am Hafen zu Fuß! Es ist modern und Stylisch aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich! Der Pool auf dem Dach lädt bei warmen Wetter zum abkühlen ein! Wir haben den Spa Bereich mit warmen Innenpool und einem mega Whirlpool und zwei Saunen genossen! Das Frühstücksbuffet war landestypisch und International und alles super frisch und lecker! Einfach ein tolles Hotel in Palma

Precioso, pero no vale lo que cuesta
Pros:

El hotel es precioso, se nota que han invertido muchísimo en mobiliario y decoración, todo huele bien, una pasada.

Cons:

- El desayuno se presenta en una sala donde la mayor parte de la comida se dispone en la esquinas, a la que tengas una persona delante ya no puedes acceder a nada, muy poco operativo. La calidad de la comida media para lo que es el hotel.
- El spa es precioso pero admiten niños y acaba siendo un poco zona recreativa. Nada en contra, pero si se admiten, estaría bien avisarlo, así si uno está buscando un spa para pasar un momento relajante-romántico, mejor no.
- Me hice un tratamiento de belleza en el spa, específicamente un deep cleanse facial. Para los no angloparlantes: limpieza facial profunda. Es la primera vez en sesiones de belleza que eso no significa una limpieza de poros, me untaron muchas cosas, pero limpieza ninguna.
- En el baño de la habitación el inodoro y la ducha están segregados por una mampara que no es estanca, por lo que cuando te das cuenta has inundado también el cubículo del baño.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was zeer goed. De ligging was perfect.
Alles was hygiënisch schoon. Fijn veel kastruimte (wij hadden wel een junior suite). Mooi hotel!

Cons:

Op de kamer was het meer dan 23 gr was maar de airco stond nog op winterstand waardoor je deze alleen kon gebruiken om te verwarmen en niet om te koelen; slecht aangezien ze juist warmere dagen gewend zijn in Mallorca rond deze tijd dan dat het dit jaar is. Geen tissues op de kamer.
Het personeel bij het ontbijt deed hun werk prima maar kon wel wat vriendelijker/vrolijker.
