Liked the facilities! Spa, sauna, upstairs pool amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Palma, making it easy to explore the city while also being close to beautiful beaches. It offers the perfect balance of relaxation and sightseeing. The spa was excellent, the rooftop swimming pool was a great place to unwind with beautiful views, the lobby was stylish and welcoming, and the restaurant served delicious food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Der Poolbereich war jedoch eine grosse Enttäuschung. Da auch zahlreiche externe Gäste Zugang hatten, war er hoffnungslos überfüllt. An eine freie Liege war den ganzen Tag nicht zu denken, und selbst im Pool gab es keinen Platz, um sich abzukühlen. Wer in Palma ein Hotel mit einem angenehmen Poolbereich sucht, sollte sich definitiv für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden.

Very clean room, the cleanladies cleaned everyday. The breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed 5 nights at HM Palma Blanc in Santa Catalina, Palma. The hotel is clean, stylish, and well situated, walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa's free amenities, including an indoor pool and sauna, plus a small but nice gym. On-site parking was convenient, though the driveway down is tight and needs careful navigation.

One disappointment: the hotel advertised showing every World Cup match and encouraged guests to watch in the lobby, but never turned on the volume for any game we saw, leaving fans of several teams frustrated.

More seriously, we returned one evening to find our room door unlocked and ajar, with cleaning items left inside on a chair. It appeared housekeeping had left it unlocked earlier that day, and it stayed that way for hours. To their credit, the hotel reviewed camera footage and confirmed no one entered, and nothing was missing. Francina at the front desk was courteous throughout.

We were disappointed with the compensation offered, though: wine, chocolates, an unusable late check-out (we left at 7 AM), cocktail vouchers (two of us don't drink), and a 12-euro credit, in place of the one-night refund we requested. This was declined by the Front Office Manager and, ultimately, the hotel director.

Strong location, style, and amenities, but a security lapse like this deserved a more serious response.

Overall I rate this 3/5 stars. The main pros are location, it's very clean and facilities outside of the actual room are good. We really enjoyed the spa and pool. One small issue is that drink cups were collected, but food was not. Often leftover food was around sun loungers for 2-3 hours causing flys.
Main issues were rooms too small, and because there is no balcony any clothes like swimwear etc could not dry properly. No where to also hang any wet clothes either. TV was very glitchy, and shower was tiny and door opened outwards so all of the water even with the towel came running out.
Also service wise I found the cleaning and catering staff at breakfast nice, but actual waiters and male reception staff quite rude at times. The woman were mostly nice.
Breakfast was also disappointing considering the money, food was always lukewarm, they have hot plates but no covers which I think causes this issue. Also a bit unhygienic. My first day ordering an omelette, it was not cooked inside and all liquid and raw, the next day this was corrected but I overheard someone else saying this during my stay so something to check for future.
Was ok stay but not worth the money, probably wouldn't book again.

Great location, staff are lovely, rooms are nice, breakfast is good. Pool area is also good.

Wonderful stay. Spacious room, we stayed in Suite. All the staff were very helpful. Very clean, calm atmosphere. Location were excellent.

Great room and location

The rooftop pool was a welcome treat in the heat, the bed and room was very clean and comfortable. The decor was very nice across the hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful, as were the breakfast buffet staff.
