Für eine Erkundung von Palma super 👍
Pros:

- tolle zentrale Lage
- Zimmer ausreichend groß
- Pool Bereich schön und sauber auf der Dachterasse
- spa und Wellness Bereich
- Fitnessraum vorhanden

Cons:

- Armaturen im Badezimmer zum Teil sehr lose
- hätte (für den nicht ganz günstigen Preis) ein wenig sauberer sein dürfen

A comfortable hotel with excellent service, outstanding breakfast, and great facilities
Pros:

We had a great stay and would happily return.
The hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located close to the city center. The staff, especially at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Ricardo, who made our check-in smooth and provided excellent sightseeing tips and local recommendations.
Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and the choice of sitting indoors or in the lovely garden area. We also enjoyed both swimming pools. The lower pool was quieter and featured a nice sauna, while the rooftop pool had a livelier atmosphere and a bar.

Cons:

A couple of areas could be improved. It would be nice if water were replenished daily rather than only at check-in. We also had a small issue with housekeeping when our room was not cleaned at the requested time. However, the hotel handled the situation very professionally and surprised us with a bottle of champagne the next day, which we greatly appreciated.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but good service is measured by how they are resolved, and the team did an excellent job. We would love to come back.

Great location, lovely pool, and a very comfy bed in my Superior Double Room.
Pros:

Excellent location and we all loved the roof top swimming pool with a bar. We were a very large group for my sons wedding and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Cons:

I was lucky as we had a slightly larger room (Superior Dble Room) with a separate bathroom , but the other rooms (Dble Room) were tiny with the bathroom as part of the actual room. I mean really really tiny with no room for suit cases and difficultly navigating around the bed. Headboard below the window wasn't very nice, and having the 'bathroom sink' in the main room area as soon as you walked into the room was not nice. Do not ever book the cheapest room type as it is just not comfortable at all.

Pros:

A perfect hotel for a solo trip, it is a 20 minute ride from the airport in a taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always greet you with a smile. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of options to suit everyone and the hotel restaurant is very nice, including the room service and pool terrace. The rooms are cleaned very well and are well equipped. The pool rooftop and spa are perfect… you could not ask for more from this hotel! It’s my second visit and I would definitely go back again

Love the hotel but watch communal areas
Pros:

Staff were fab, breakfast brillliant, however too many people in pool on Saturday ie more than beds, were not advised that spa was being renovated but we received a bottle of wine as it was a key part of husbands holiday - felt too much like a frat party

Fantastisk hotell med enastående frukost!
Pros:

Ligger bra och centralt. Sköna sängar, otroligt bra frukost. Poolen på takterrassen var bra och svalkande och varma pooler i SPA:t.

Fabulous, clean hotel!
Pros:

We booked this hotel last minute for a work trip so we had no expectations as the price was pretty cheap for a last minute booking but as soon as we walked in we were stunned! Very friendly staff, extremely clean and couldn’t find one fault.

A very pleasant hotel with fabulous staff.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was well located - a 10 min walk from the centre of town but also with restaurants and bars nearer. Restaurant, Spa and pool were excellent.

Cons:

Some of the double rooms are a bit small so if you have two large suitcases you have to decant everything and store them away. There is no space to ‘leave them open’.
