Noisy, loud and uncomfortable.
Pros:

Location is great, breakfast is great. The hotel is very big.

Cons:

My room was dirty. The first time I went into the shower it had someone else's hair in it. The bedsheets aren't fitted sheets, so she sheets easily come off showing the mattress.... you can see exactly how dirty and stained the mattress is. The doors are so thin you hear absolutely everything. I stayed in this hotel as my office is nearby. Never returning again. I did not sleep at all. The walls are so thin you hear everyone walking, talking, shouting as they go back to their rooms at 2/3/4AM. You hear the cleaners with the trolleys, its so loud its like a plane taking off. My friend asked me which hotel I was staying in, when I told him the first thing he said was... that hotel is so noisy you can't sleep, it's impossible. Not the right hotel if you need to rest!

Lovely stay in a very nice hotel in the centre of Palma
Pros:

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice - location was good, double rooms were small but sometimes to be expected in a city. The spa area was amazing - its a must to try.

Cons:

Didn't like that anyone from outside can enter the lobby and the lifts without using a pass, therefore can potentially break into your room. We had issues with our room door not closing over properly therefore could have been disastrous if someone had gone into our room.
The pool area was very busy and not enough loungers and there were potentially people from outside our hotel enjoying the space, which I don't agree with, especially when you cannot get a lounger.

Wonderful!
Pros:

I really liked this hotel. Everything was wonderful: the location, the breakfast, the bed and pillows, the restaurant, the pools, and the staff. I highly recommend it!

Second Visit
Pros:

A wonderful hotel which we did a short stay at in 2025. This led us to book for a week in 2026. So glad, the same excellent service, cleanliness and wonderful staff.

Second stay at HM Palma Blanc
Pros:

Great hotel in good location - immaculately clean, super friendly staff and stylish interiors. Delicious breakfast buffet with wide variety of options.
It was busier this visit than last June so the pool area felt very crowded one day due to a conference being held at the hotel for vets who came up to the pool when they’d finished for the day. The same day another large group arrived who were noisy and even brought their own speaker to play music at the pool. It was a shame because the main appeal of the hotel having visited last year was the fact it was peaceful and relaxing. But this was just our experience on one day. Everything else was amazing!

The room smelled like absolute fart. We asked for them to fix it, but they said there was nothing they could do. It’s unacceptable that a hotel of this price and caliber has such foul smelling rooms.

A bit disappointing
Pros:

Picked this Hotel for it's location which is excellent for the old town. However a number of things let it down and I wouldn't stay again.
Firstly the good points. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Three of us were sharing so we had a single bed as well as a very large king bed and a sofa. Plenty of room and hanging space for clothes. The pool area was very nice but not enough sun beds. If you weren't in place when it opened, no chance. Breakfast was excellent, absolutely nothing to complain about there.
The main negative was the staff with the exception of Christian at breakfast and the lady and man that took our cases for storage at checkout. No one was in the least bit friendly or helpful and some were downright rude.
