EInfach spitze!
Pros:

Alles perfekt: Lage, Frühstück, Wellness und der Service!
Spontan musste ich mehrere Seiten ausdrucken und scannen lassen - alles kein Problem!
Es war wirklich super - Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Très bel hotel avec excellent petit déjeuner
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était excellent (il y avait pour tous les goûts) - Très bon emplacement pas loin des restaurants, magasins et superettes. Arrêt de bus devant l'hôtel, parking disponible.
Chambre très confortable
Décoration raffinée de l'hôtel

Cons:

Le spa : hammam n'était pas chaud et je n'ai donc pas pu en profiter. Les enfants (petits et bébé) dans le Spa à partir de 19h avec leurs parents car plus personne à l'accueil du spa pour contrôler.
Le restaurant était malheureusement fermé lors de mon séjour, quel dommage (ça avait l'air succulent)
Pas de bouteille d'eau remplacée après le 1er jour dans la chambre.

Great hotel and location for city break in Palma
Pros:

Really comfy room, with everything we needed. Excellent spa facilities and delicious breakfast with huge selection. Would absolutely recommend.

Cons:

Couldn't work the AC but it was down to user error.

Schönes modernes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe! Wirklich erstklassiges Frühstück! Garage im Haus. Sehr nettes Personal (War von manchen Bewertungen schon etwas abgeschreckt davor)

Cons:

Zimmer leider laut zur Straße hin (nur Glas). Wir hatten uns vor allem im Februar für dieses Hotel entschieden aufgrund des Spa/ Indoorpools - war jedoch für Kinder nicht erlaubt!

Pros:

子供がひどいインフルエンザにかかり動けなくなりましたが、フロントに相談をすると英語の話せる医師を手配してくれ45分ほどでホテルに来てくれてとても助かった。朝食会場のスタッフも親切で、子供が部屋で食べられるようにとトレーなどを準備してくれて朝食料金を無駄にせずに助かった。朝食はクロワッサンがとても美味しかった。
街中へは徒歩で簡単に出られ、ロケーションも素晴らしかった。
人が皆、優しかったです。

Me encantó la atención de recepción y del restaurante, el hotel en sí es hermoso , la habitación excelente no esperábamos más , todo muy limpio , las camas muy cómodas , todo perfecto 👌🏼
