Horário péssimo de check-out
Pros:

Fizemos a reserva pelo site e estava com horário de check-out as 11h (ja acho cedo) quando ja estávamos acomodados as 18h, recebemos uma mensagem da pousada que teriamos que sair as 10h pois o horário de check-out foi alterado e pronto. Achei uma falta de respeito, mesmo questionando que no site estava as 11h não teve empatia e tivemos que acordar cedo e sair. Paramos na pousada pois precisávamos descansar, por fim não conseguimos.

O atendimentos funcionários foi bom. As acomodações deixam a desejar. Quarto mal iluminado, box do banheiro antigo (acrílico) e com fechamento precário. Televisão só com canais da tb aberta. Ficamos no segundo andar sem elevador. Café da manhã bem simples muitas. Merecimento

Pousada com característica tradicionais da região, porém, com uma estrutura física de acomodação insuficiente para a atualidade. Porta do banheiro sem fechar direito, lixeiros sem tampa, água não aquecida para higiene bucal, acessibilidade ausente e ao sair do quarto um batente que pode trazer acidentes a qualquer momento e atendimento da recepção não muito acolhedor
