Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Gute Anbindung an die Öffis, man kommt aber auch fußläufig überall gut hin.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Rooftop Bar ist natürlich ein Highlight, vor allem bei Nacht, wenn die Stadt beleuchtet ist.

Hotel, który zepsuł nam wakacje. Najgorsza wizytówka Budapesztu!

Hotel jest bardzo czysty i urządzony z gustem (nowe meble, świetna architektura). Śniadania również plus.

Cons:

Pobyt w tym obiekcie okazał się kompletnym koszmarem i skutecznie zepsuł nam wyjazd z koleżankami. Wszystko zaczęło się od przyjazdu – o godzinie 15:00 pokój wciąż nie był gotowy. Gdy w końcu otrzymałyśmy klucze, przeżyłyśmy szok. Łóżko dla jednej osoby nie zostało przygotowane, brakowało kompletu pościeli, naczyń, szlafroka oraz zestawu kawowego. Reakcja pani w recepcji była absurdalna – próbowała dorzucić mi brakujące ręczniki do bagażu, oczekując „self-service”, co w standardzie 4 gwiazdek jest niedopuszczalne. Zamiast cieszyć się zaplanowanym city breakiem, marnowałyśmy cenny czas, czekając na obsługę.Sam pokój przypominał mroczną suterenę lub piwnicę. Widok wychodził prosto na chodnik, do wnętrza nie docierało ani jedno ziarno słonecznego światła. Przez cały pobyt trudno było w ogóle zgadnąć, jaka jest pogoda na zewnątrz – zero jakichkolwiek widoków.Kolejny dzień to kolejna, niekończąca się walka o podstawowe produkty. Prośby o uzupełnienie ręczników i naczyń kosztowały nas mnóstwo energii i czasu. Szczytem wszystkiego był „ręcznik” dostarczony dla trzeciej osoby – miał gabaryty zwykłej ścierki do naczyń! Mimo ciągłego kontaktu z recepcją i pasma rażących zaniedbań, nikt z personelu nas nawet nie przeprosił.Dodatkowo hotel okazał się kompletnie nieprzyjazny i zamknięty na życie towarzyskie. Nigdzie w regulaminie ani na stronie nie było informacji, że do hotelowego baru na dachu nie może dołączyć osoba z zewnątrz, która nie jest gościem hotelu. Chciałyśmy jedynie kulturalnie spędzić czas w skromnym gronie, ale obsługa zrobiła z tego ogromny problem. Gdybyśmy wiedziały, że panują tu zasady jak w zakonie, nigdy byśmy nie wybrały tego miejsca. Bardzo głębokie rozczarowanie. Omijajcie z daleka!

Honestly we loved everything about this hotel! Every staff member: housekeeping, wait staff, reception were fantastic and so friendly. Breakfast was great with a lovely selection. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to have a drink before heading out for dinner, we had a delicious hugo spritz there. It was my birthday during our stay and there was a thought hand written card and a chilled bottle of prosecco on ice in the room on our return!

Location wise there is a great beer house and coffee shop next door and the hotel is close to public transport. It is also very easy to walk everywhere.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.

Czystość przyjazny personel chociaż w informacjach jest napisane że można rozmawiać po niemiecku a pani w recepcji mówiła tylko po angielsku

No niestety tutaj duża wpadka hotelu według faktury policzono nam opłatę za cztery śniadania a zjedliśmy tylko dwa. Przy zameldowaniu pani w recepcji powiedziała że w. Niestety z powodu wczesnego wymeldowania (4rano) nie zwróciliśmy uwagi na części składowe faktury . Nasz błąd

Great stay, perfect location
Pros:

Really good location, really nice feel to the hotel, staff really professional and polite.

Cons:

The bed felt as though it was upside down because the head was lower than the feet! This was the only problem we encountered and was nothing major!
