Incredible staff, wonderful hotel.
Pros:

This has probably been one of the best properties I have ever stayed at; the staff was absolutely amazing and managed to sort my forgotten headphones from the room to be returned to Belgium. But overall, they were incredibly friendly, always available and super responsive. Literally not a thing to complain about.

Absolutely great breakfast too, it may look small, but the ingredients and variety are fantastic. Lovely, lovely, lovely!

Pros:

Fantastyczny, kameralny hotel. Pokoje niewielkie ale ciekawie urządzone. Bardzo czysto. Personel przemiły i pomocny. Ogromnym plusem jest ogródek na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu - świetne miejsce do relasu, ciche i spokojne. Śniadania - zestaw produktów stały ale wszystko świeże i dobrej jakości.

Za krótko tam byłam.

Гостеприимство на высшем уровне - как будто приехал к родственникам на выходные!
Pros:

Отличный отель для проживания - место тихое, безопасное, вокруг много кафе и ресторанов. Не было проблем с бесплатной парковкой - улица у отеля была пустая. Рядом с отелем есть автобусная остановка, до Центрального вокзала Милана минут 10-15. До метро также можно дойти пешком.
Отдельная благодарность владелице Оксане и девушкам на ресепшене за их гостеприимность и помощь в решении повседневных вопросов.
P.S. В отеле постояльцам доступен бесплатный мартини - приятный бонус к вечернему досугу :)

Pros:

The nicest hotel we have ever been to in Milan! The location was perfect, quiet yet still quite central. And the whole hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we have a nice stay with our dog. I could not recommend this hotel more! It will definitely be the first place we will book when we are back in Milan!
