Magical stay for the whole family
Pros:

Magnificent property. Spacious and well maintained. My whole family loved the stay here. The restaurant is memorable and breakfast very good - not a huge selection but everything offered is organic and local.

Un agréable séjour en amoureux dans un endroit enchanteur

L'endroit est vraiment magnifique, tant au niveau de la nature que des bâtiments. Notre chambre était confortable et charmante, avec des hauts plafonds et une literie impeccable. En plus, on a reçu un livre chacun sur la table de chevet. A la place d'une télévision, quelle bonne idée!

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était correct, le pain délicieux, mais le choix n'était pas énorme pour le prix.

Beloon jezelf met een verblijf in Les Sorbiers, een rustige plek in volle natuur, met goede service
Pros:

De locatie was super, gelegen langs de Maas, heel rustig met een enorme tuin rond het hotel.
Het ontbijt was lekker met verse locale producten.
Ook het restaurant biedt een lekker menu aan met goede prijs/kwaliteit.

Cons:

Misschien wat stoffig ?
Kan ook het stuifmeel in de lucht zijn.

De locatie was prachtig.

Cons:

reservering 1 diner, 1 nacht en 1 ontbijt. Honden waren MEER dan welkom bij navraag per email. Hond bleek bij diner en ontbijt NIET welkom dat had in een van de 17 emails aangaande mijn reservering gemeld moeten worden. Advies van de eigenaar was de website beter te lezen, hond in de kamer opsluiten of ergens anders gaan eten! Kamer was extreem gehorig en er kwam nauwelijks water uit de douche en ook de nooduitgang van de kamer was op slot en geen deurklink. In de bar moest ik personeel gaan zoeken voor een cocktail waarvan er een niet de nodige fruit had.

Location, location, location!!!!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das war mein fünfter Aufenthalt und ich bin jedes Mal begeistert von der Ruhe, Natur pur, Vogelgezwitscher am Morgen, kreative Küche, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ankommen und abschalten..

Cons:

Man verzichtet ja bewusst auf Fernseher, was ich gut finde, und legt stattdessen ein Buch für die Gäste im Zimmer bereit. Gute Idee aber leider ausschließlich auf Französisch. Sorry, aber nicht jeder spricht Französisch. Als Tipp, bitte auch ein paar englische, deutsche und niederländische Bücher an der Rezeption bereithalten. Es wäre auch leichter für alle wenn wenigstens einer vom Restaurant-Personal zumindest englisch spricht um Bestellungen entgegenzunehmen.

Mooie ervaring in Castel op toplocatie aan de Maas.
Pros:

Locatie aan de Maas is fantastisch en in combinatie met de uitstraling van het Castel en vriendelijke medewerkers maakte een mooie ervaring. Het driegangendiner was prima; er was keuze uit drie voor- hoofd- en nagerechten en er wordt gewerkt met verse, regionale producten en daar hebben we van genoten. Het ontbijt was goed en bood meer dan voldoende keuze; wederom verse producten. Het hotel is stylish ingericht en de kamers eenvoudig, maar netjes. Onze (familie)kamer zag er eigenlijk beter uit dan op de foto. Geen luxe op de kamers, maar wat ons betreft ook niet nodig.

Cons:

Wifi was op de bovenste etage niet supersnel, dus heb ik de hotspot van mijn telefoon gebruikt. Ik ben zelf een vroege vogel, dus het ontbijt had van mij wel om 7 uur mogen beginnen.
