Decent Hotel
Pros:

Rooms were good & big

Cons:

Safe and Good. But not worth 3 star standard - outdated hotel
Pros:

Staff are helpful. Safe for family and women solo travellers. Food is very nice.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit old, lights kept flickering. The bathrooms are very old too. Lots of patches work in the bathroom floor. No hot water in the day time. Bed linen is very old too. But they have changed it upon request.

Pros:

The location is excellent Rooms r spacious neat n clean Tje interiors were too good Reception staff was very caring Food was good Good ambiance n very airy well lit up n very cozy place Perfect place for a stay

Location was good.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. The Commode was dirty and not cleaned properly. Bedsheets and blankets were clearly not changed. Room phone was not working, hence room service did not happen. Only after reminders, the receptionist provided the Towels and complimentary Water. I found lack of proper management. Even the tea cups were dirty and cracked.
I am requesting for Full Refund.

Pros:

This location was very convenient for us, as we were looking for a hotel close to the Infant Jesus Shrine. The breakfast was excellent, and the stay was comfortable and cozy.
