Cons:

Bedsheets had blood, oil stains and were not changed for over an hour. AC was not functioning, had a vent window which was open to sunlight and no curtain. Toilet was stained and not cleaned properly. Inspite of directly complaining to the reception, nothing was done and we did not have any option to move elsewhere. Fresh pillow cases were never delivered inspite of repeated reminders and we had to spend the night sleeping on pillows without covers.

Safe and Good. But not worth 3 star standard - outdated hotel
Pros:

Staff are helpful. Safe for family and women solo travellers. Food is very nice.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit old, lights kept flickering. The bathrooms are very old too. Lots of patches work in the bathroom floor. No hot water in the day time. Bed linen is very old too. But they have changed it upon request.
