Inconvenient, hard to find. Won't stay here again.
Pros:

Quite new building. Pretty nice place, but a bit sterile. Wifi was good. Business card had QR code, so IF a taxi driver had a phone that worked, they could get GPS directions.

Cons:

Pool not installed yet. Breakfast wasn't supplied. Smoking seemed to be allowed everywhere even though it is supposed to be forbidden. Really ruined my visit. Hard to find. Business card is written so small that it is impossible to share with someone else to find the location.

Pros:

Love the friendly staff and proximity to airport. Its an easy quick ride away for flights in or out of Phnom Penh.

Cons:

I like to be at the foyer side of hotel. The road side can be noisy at times.
