Cons:

breakfast was not ready at 7.30 am- even at 7.45 food was slowly coming in. The staff have accepted this and promised prompter service next stay

Decent offer
Pros:

Restaurant has a good offer and the staff is very helpful. The staff in general speaks good English. They accepted card payment and had no problem to get me the bill. They have good internet connection.

Cons:

The rooms were cleaned every day but the hotel already requires some refreshment (painting of walls). The floor in the corridor was really dirty. The area nearby is not nice if you were considering as tourist but for a business trip it's OK.

Pros:

This property is located in shaken MIDC - mostly surrounded by small shops and some slums.

Hotel Room itself was good except it was not having refrigerator as it was out of service.

Hotel staff was good and co-operative.

Hotel basement area is not clean & smelly with food which needs a lot of improvement.

Hotel car parking also needs to be clean and hygiene.
