Le personnel de l'accueil manque de Professionnalisme. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h35. Et il nous ont fait comprendre que notre réservation ne commence qu'à 16h. Nous avons attendu au comptoir. Et ils m'ont fait payer un supplément de 35€ pour une "Chambre Exécutive 3pers" tout simplement pcque la 3ème personne avait plus de 12 ans. Donc pour eux, à partir de 13ans le Canapé 2 places dans la Ch.Executive 3pers est payant. Un peu bizare pour une Chambre qui a un Grand lit 2places + un Canapé lit 2 places. Et pourtant nous étions 3 personnes. J'ai exigé une facture.

Beautiful hotel, nice large room and bathroom, good breakfast, evening meal not so good, would not eat there again, asked for our steak medium and it was rare and a little tough, waiting staff very good and attentive, had to pay 150 euros on arrival as a deposit otherwise they would not have given us the room, 2 days after leaving I am still waiting for it back!!

Par contre je que manque un peu de ménage pour un 4 étoiles, où c'est moi qui a eu la mal chance d'être tombé sur une chambre un peu bâclé côté ménage, des tâches noirs sur le mur.. Mais bon
Je conseille fortement l'hôtel..

Beautiful hotel! Beautiful well appointed room. Comfortable King size bed. Great shower. Wonderful breakfast.
Enjoyed having a couch and coffee table. Separate toilet room.
Would have preferred real coffee cups rather than cardboard cups. Would have liked a shelf or alcove in the shower to hold our soap and shampoo. But everything else was just perfect!

Easy to find after a long journey, safe secure parking and very welcoming staff on reception.

We were upgraded - without asking - to a lovely spacious room and wished we could have stayed longer! It was lovely.

It was really conveniently located for Vouvray - where we're headed the next day.

Unexpected pleasure

This was our first stay at a Westotel. Having stayed at many premier chain hotels, I can say this was one of the best. Our room was large, fully equipped and spotless. Because we had travelled all day we decided to eat in the hotel. I am rarely if ever impressed by the quality or variety of hotel food. This was a truly excellent meal with good wines

Das Hotel ist gut, hat aber noch Potenzial
Pros:

Wir haben die Schlösser im Loire-Tal besucht und das Westotel diente uns als Basis. Wir haben das Hotel nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken genutzt.
Das Zimmer war gut, allerdings müssten die Fenster dringend von Spinnen und Ungeziefer befreit werden.
