Everything ok.
During the weekend extremely loud due to music on the rooftop.
Check In com Gustavo com atendimento excelente. Equipe de limpeza, restaurante e terraço, também muito boas!! Quartos com layout muito bom e Alexa no comando para ajudar nas luzes, música, etc. Cama, lençóis, travesseiros de qualidade... Enfim, gostamos muito da estadia, do hotel, da localização, que é há 2 quadras da praça principal.
O café da manhã é a la carte e por essa razão é excelente no sentido de oferecer alternativas de qualidade feitas na hora. Entretanto, há uma demora de aprox. 30 a 40 min para servir, o q faz com que o ritual desta refeição tenha q merecer tempo para desfrutá-la. Se você tem um tour ou um voo com hora definida, há q se programar, ou ainda nem desfrutar do breakfast, pois o restaurante abre às 07:30 (dia útil) e 8h no fds. Minha sugestão é que tenham um breakfast tipo continental, mais ligeiro para essas situações.

Die Unterkunft war super zentral und die Zimmer schön. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Der Preis war aufgrund des dia de los muertos extrem überteuert und kein Frühstück inklusive.
Zusätzlich haben wir den wäscheservice in Anspruch genommen und die Wäsche wurde nicht gebügelt.

This stay was perfect ,the service was immaculate. The bed was comfortable the room was spacious. The staff was great a special mention should go to Pedro and Victor. This is our hotel of choice whenever we are in Oaxaca

The staff were extremely helpful. They allowed us to check in very early and check out much later- this was greatly appreciated! Our laundry was done by the hotel in extra quick time and always back to our room way before we expected. The rooms were spacious, light and airy. A good energy in the hotel. I would definately stay there again.
