The bed was decent.
The room was not clean. Vents in the bathroom were filthy. The floor had dirt and crumbs from earlier quests. The place was supposed to be non-smoking; however, in the evening, cigarette smoke was coming in through the bathroom vent. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke daily, and over the weekend, there was pot smoke smell in the hallways. A fire alarm went off one night I stayed, and everyone went outside. No one came around to tell us it was safe to go back in, and after about half an hour, the guests began to return to their rooms. Not a word was mentioned after that event.
Everything is nice comfortable and very cozy
It's nothing I didn't like
The place was dirty and smelling bad. It forced me to ask for cleanings to be done. Another issue, i was biten by something while sleeping waking up find seollen. In short the place need to improve in cleaning section
Place was terrible staff was nice though
Comfy bed
Outdated things and they're was a fire there
Very unclean, bad smell and spiders everywhere. It looks like a sheelter for homeless people. The picture on the website it not what I have seen in person. I had to leave the same day as I couldn't stay even a single night. They charged me for night even if I hadn't stayed. I had to find another hotel which made me out of my plan and bedget. I was not happy at all!!
Good location. Reception people were friendly
Close to Burnsville center
Smell wasn’t great and why have a kitchen with no spoons, forks, or cups.
It was close to a lot of places and the staff was great and the housekeeper she always so awesome.
Just the people next door or upstairs making a lot of noise stomping and fighting hitting the walls
Vending was nice Landry was too.
The room needed upgrading, wifi needed to be better , price was steep for what was offered
Not much
It was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. Comparable to section 8 housing
It was very comfortable and it fit what I was looking for.
The many pot holes in the parking lot and laundry room always being busy
Location was good, TV was good,
Nothing to cook or eat with. Other loud residents above, fighting next door several times starting at 130 AM.
parking lot full of large pot holes. lots of cars with flats or people working on their cars. rain downspouts missing so water falling directly onto AC unit when raining. Lack of cleaning staff
