Pros:

Like u don't have house keepers that come and check on your customers and u have too wash your own towels and will not give u no more towels and then the rate don't stay the same.

Cons:

No room service and didn't have any after my second week their never got any service not even a vacuum my floor

Pros:

Es befinden sich Läden wie Lidl in der Nähe und zum Einkaufscenter ist es auch nicht weit. Die Dame an der Rezeption war nett und hat uns auch direkt jemanden geschickt um den öligen Boden zu wischen. Es sollte dazu aber eigentlich gar nicht kommen. Es gibt eine Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Die Matratze war extrem durchgelegen und kaputt, Handtücher muss man selber waschen, das Toilettenpapier wird nicht ersetzt und an der Badezimmertür hingen sämtliche Haare und Dreckwasser. Der Boden war ölig. Nie wieder.

The treatment and customer service is deplorable. They didn't even let me arrive because the same day they canceled my reservation! When I spoke on the phone to check the time of my arrival, an extremely rude woman answered (I don't know if she had a bad day but that's no excuse) she behaved very badly, repeating that they no longer had reservations when I had my confirmation in email and all. When I spoke to a buking customer service person he confirmed exactly the same thing.
