Pros:

Brad was the desk clerk when we checked in. He was exceptional. Helped us with a small issue in our room and recommended places to eat. Was very helpful

Wonderful stay!!
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Brad and Thom were amazing and the housekeeper with the dreadlocks did a great job keeping our room clean.

Pros:

Great location for our needs. The only thing was there were not alot of people staying there this weekend we stayed. Some people arrived at midnight and kept us up for an hour slamming doors and drawers. Should have been put further away from other guests since probably only 6 rooms were booked. Otherwise good stay.

Its location in Medina is great

Cons:

The bathroom shower was dirty and the sink was clogged took a long time to drain - when I told the front office on Saturday morning they said their is no maintenance on the weekend

Everything is amazing! Booka and his wife are excellent hosts and people in general!
It’s always clean and accommodating!
