We like walking so it was fine
Pros:

Location was fine as a short walk to the local metro and from there we explored Tokyo completely.

Cons:

Room cleaning was confusing as we elected to have towels exchanged thinking this would be done when the room was cleaned and it wasn’t - if you press the button to get your room cleaned do they change the towels??

Rooms are sooooo small

The breakfast at the hotel is superb and very enjoyable

Cons:

The room size is tiny - I guess I should have checked the square meter berfore booking but is terrible!!!! No wardrobe just 2 hangers on a coat hook, no storage for luggage, no usable mirror, bed against the wall on one side and for the price point very poor. Do NOT bring a cat as you will bot be able to swing it

Fantastic hotel, lots of great amenities that make your stay a very satisfying one.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The room was kept clean all throughout our stay and the employees/attendants were very polite. The onsen is such a great feature especially after a whole day of walking around Tokyo. Area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Love to walk around. Toyosu Market is next door.

Cons:

The location itself is great with Toyosu Market and the restaurants next door (They close early). However, there were a lot of places that we wanted to go in Tokyo that take a minimum of 30 minutes using rail transit from the hotel (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza etc,) . Overall it's not a big issue but if anybody wants to be at the center of all the activities around Tokyo, this hotel is not going to be the best option.

最寄駅、豊洲市場にとても近かった
お部屋も広めで清潔感もあり、スタッフの方も親切でした
また大浴場からの夜景も最高でした

Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer und der Duft im Ankunftsbereich.

Cons:

Okay. Es ist unverständlich, dass ich als Hotelgast für den Sportbereich zahlen muss.
Dies ist in Deutschland inklusive.

Ich empfinde es auch als störend, dass der Herr am Empfang des Frühstückbereichs meinen Freund anschaut und ihm antwortet, obwohl ich mit ihm spreche.
Das fiel mir leider häufiger in diesem Hotel auf, dass man einen Mann wohl als gleichberechtigteren Gesprächspartner betrachtet.

한국 분들은 꼭 참고하세요. 4성급이라고 하나, 손님들로 판단하면 3성급도 힘들 듯하며, 주로 여행사를 통한 일본 투숙객들과 중국 투숙객들이 많아 결코 4성급 호텔의 격을 지니지 못합니다. 이로 미루어 볼 때, 숙박 요금도 철저한 2중 가격제인 듯하여 개인 투숙객들의 숙박 요금과 여행사 투숙객들의 요금이 매우 차이가 날 것입니다. 즉, 개인이 지불하는 요금을 낼 만한 여행사 투숙객들이 아닌 듯 보입니다. Dormy Inn 계열 호텔시설 특징대로 대욕장에는 돈을 들이고 정작 투숙객의 룸에는 돈을 많이 안써 옷장 조차 없어 벽에 고정된 옷걸이에 외투나 양복을 걸도록 되어 있어 난감합니다. 세면대 옆 컵도 유리컵이 아니고, 목욕화는 낡아서 튿어져 있습니다. 리셉션도 기계로 check-in하도록 되어 있어, 단체투숙객 수준, 기숙사 수준이니 고객에 대한 친절과 고객 만족을 중시하기보다는 호텔의 편의와 효율에 중점을 둔 호텔입니다. 이것이 4성급 호텔 수준인가요 ??? 혹시 기숙사 또는 연수원아닌가요? 리셉셔니스트들도 알바생 수준으로 이는 주로 일본의 지방단체 여행객과 중국 단체여행객을 고객으로 하기 때문에 가능한 것입니다. 그 외에 서양 투숙객이나 일본의 비지니스 투숙객 또는 한국 분들은 거의 없으니 참고하세요.
