良い思い出
Pros:

大浴場が素晴らしい。夜通し開けてくれていて、空いている時間にはゆっくりお湯に浸かれました

日差しが当たる部屋だった為、一言
陽当たりが良いのでカーテンをさげた方がオススメですと言って欲しかったです。
寝ている間に明け方、顔を日焼けしてしまいました。

Great stay, it's one of my favorites in the city, when I want a quite place to retreat.
Pros:

Great breakfast, good views, great onsen, well connected to the city, but in a very quite place.

Cons:

Beds are quite hard, can be difficult for side sleepers to be comfortable.

Would I stay here again ? NO
Pros:

The property was modern , the bed was comfortable and it was close to train station and cruise terminal.
The room was clean aside from a collection of long dark hairs on the white bed cover probably left by housekeeping. Views of the harbor were spectacular especially from the bar.

Cons:

Directed to automated check -in even though there was no other guests at the reception desk. The process was tedious and in the end the machine wouldn’t recognize my credit card so had to check in with a staff member anyway. Restaurant was fully booked for dinner. Staff suggested the complex across the road which may have been ok but one member of the party doesn’t eat seafood and that’s all they have. Decided to just have a low key dinner at the cafe but you need to pay to go into the cafe and have a seat. That’s before ordering anything . Ridiculous! $44 AUD for 2 of us to sit down before ordering. Their selling point was you can come and go as often as you want ? We just wanted to enter once for a light meal and a couple of drinks. No thanks.
Staff were polite and pleasant. However staff at the bar on the 14th floor came across as lazy. There were only the 2 of us in the bar and 2 staff. Our first drink was served promptly after that it was difficult to make eye contact with the staff who were busying themselves with washing up, looking at their screens etc.
