夜景が綺麗
Pros:

足の悪い老人を連れての宿泊だった為、車椅子をお借りしたところエレベーターに近い部屋に変更もしていただき大変快適に過ごせた

Cons:

夕飯が人手不足でやっていないとチェックイン時に説明され残念ながらホテルの外に買いに行った

Great views & Onsen experience
Pros:

The views of the city and the river were incredible! Loved the glass elevators and the Onsen was beautiful.

Cons:

Communication upon check-in was quite challenging. Also, kind of disappointed in the restaurant dinner options, it seems so limited for such a big hotel.
