Pros:

Clean and beautiful accommodation. The host was very friendly.

Cons:

The lighting with sensor bothered the kids sleeping when we want to go in/out the room in midnight. Would be nicer if we have option to turn off the sensor

Couldn’t fault it.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful owner.
Comfortable bed.
Nice welcome pack with delicious Dundee cake.
Location is very quiet, but you can find nice pubs and bars if you head towards the city centre especially around the student areas.
Handy parking in the road outside.

Lovely, spacious, clean suite, with fantastic view of the Tay. So much better than expected and at such a reasonable price too!
Complimentary tea and coffee was most welcome!!
Great location. Less than ten minutes to town, lots of great places to eat and drink.
Less than half an hour to St Andrews.
Lovely host, friendly, responsive, with great recommendations for local eateries.
Would highly recommend.

Stylish, modern, clean, with beautiful views over the Tay into Fife. Fresh milk in the fridge and delicious Dundee cake. Lovely toiletries and fluffy towels. Very reasonably priced.

Pros:

Gorgeous entrance. Big room with high ceilings and nice modern decoration. Big and confortable bedroom. The kitchen in the room had all we needed for our stay and there was some milk, cookies and some other breakfast amenities. Kevin cared for our arrival and was always responsive via WhatsApp. Alexa available for check-in and room device’s automation.

Cons:

The bathroom door spring, it was very stiff and it was noisy when closing the bath door at night.

La struttura è nuova, dotata di domotica, tutto molto pulito e ordinato, nella stanza c’era un angolo cucina con tutto, microonde, frigo, piano cottura, bollitore e l’occorrente per la colazione 🥰

Fabulous stay always!
Pros:

Wonderful host, super comfy rooms and location great for us as walking distance to Perth Rd eateries/cute shops/ small supermarkets. We always stay here when in Dundee! (And.....we Look forward to the Dundee cake!!! Yummy!)
