Categories

Cleanliness
8.4
Reviews repeatedly praise cleanliness (many guests called the property 'clean' and rooms 'roomy and clean'), but there are specific negative incidents (a pee stain on a duvet, shower stain) that reduce the score slightly.
Service
9.2
Multiple comments note staff are 'nice' and 'helpful'; one report of an overnight receptionist with a bad attitude is an isolated negative but overall service sentiment is strong.
Location
9
Several guests praise the location (close to restaurants, easy to get to); a few mention the property is 'far' or 'secluded' if you don't have a car, producing mixed but generally positive sentiment.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms are described as comfortable, roomy and with comfortable beds, but issues reported include heavy doors, a noisy air conditioner and a stained shower—overall good but with notable faults.
Amenities
8.6
The property is described as gorgeous and streamlined with what guests needed, but limited breakfast variety is mentioned as a downside, giving a slightly above-average rating.
Value for Money
8.8
Standard quality for this hotel tier (not specifically mentioned in reviews); assigned the target overall rating where category was not discussed explicitly.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Breakfast received specific critique for limited variety; otherwise there are no strong positive mentions of dining, so score is modestly reduced.
Overall Experience
9.8
Most headlines and comments are very positive ('Wonderful', 'Excellent stay', 'Beautiful', 'Comfortable'), indicating a highly favorable overall guest experience despite a few specific faults.

Pros:

Location

Cons:

My bedding had a pee stain on the duvet so this let's me know they don't wash the bedding ever time a guest leaves and also the overnight receptionist had a bad attitude.
