Cons:

The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was dangling. This is something that should have been noticed and repaired before we were given the room
I did take a picture and sent it to the front desk to be sure we would not be charged for damage. The front desk clerk asked if I needed it repaired immediately, or would the next day be good. I told her the next day would be good. We were just staying the one night, so I don't know if it has been repaired.
Again, my concern was to not be charged for damage.

Pros:

Front office staff was great

Cons:

The ac unit is 405 makes a horrible intermittent sound about every 5 minutes that sounds like a rat scratching around. The exterior door at the back of the property doesn’t latch closed unless someone forceable pulls it closed which most guest will not do, the shower floor is disgusting and the door to the shower doesn’t open and close well.
