According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Café da manhã gostoso, só achei o banheiro desconfortável porque era com banheira e tinha que subir. Uma pessoa de mais idade teria dificuldade. O restaurante é ótimo. Só achei que a limpeza começa muito cedo, atrapalhando o silêncio de quem quer dormir até tarde.

Stayed off season, but hotel was very clean and staff were polite and helpful! Breakfast was good!

The hotel was as pictured, very elegant the lobby, the staff very friendly, considering the language barrier, we were lucky the girl spoke Spanish . Room clean comfortable and a very goos view od the area and the beach as advertised. The Jurerê area wis beautiful and we had direct access to the beach, one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Breakfast was very good, the variety was good, loved the breads cheese and I am sucker for hard boiled eggs... Coffee was not good but there was a very food coffee shop, called the coffee a couple of blocks from the hotel.

Colchões ruins
Minha experiência neste hotel foi inadmissível. Houve falta total de água durante a noite, sem qualquer aviso ou suporte, impossibilitando até mesmo o uso básico do banheiro. Ao questionar a recepção, a única sugestão foi trocar de quarto, como se isso resolvesse um problema que afetava todo o prédio. Detalhe: eu estava com minha filha de 4 anos dormindo, o que tornava essa “solução” completamente inviável.
Na manhã seguinte, a situação piorou: a água retornou com barro, em pingos gelados e escassos, o que me obrigou a dar banho gelado e em condições precárias na minha filha. Nem em minha própria casa enfrento algo desse nível.
A conduta da equipe foi de total descaso, tratando-me como se eu estivesse sendo favorecida por estar ali, quando na verdade eu paguei por um serviço que não foi entregue. Faltou empatia, preparo e profissionalismo.
Ressalto que a ausência de água e a negligência no atendimento violam diretamente o Código de Defesa do Consumidor, por falha grave na prestação de serviço, além de ferirem a dignidade e o bem-estar do hóspede.
Solicito o ressarcimento pelo transtorno e o registro formal desta queixa, para que nenhum outro cliente passe por algo tão frustrante, especialmente com crianças envolvidas.
Muito bom o hotel, alguns funcionarios um pouco despreparados, outros excelentes. A portaria acho um pouco tétrica, sofás desconfortáveis,Sala para TV. So para crianças? também deixa a desejar.O Hotel precisa de mais vida. Ponto Forte: a poucos metros da praia, o qual o outro concorrente temos que andar bastante para estar na praia…Café da manha bom para o nível, mas nao posso dizer que é algo de outro mundo,mas caprichado.
Hotel gostoso,pé na areia,hotel família,com clubinho,mas checkin não foi legal,a atendente estava com pressa pra sair almoçar,não deixaram entrar no quarto antes mesmo hotel estando vazio,e os colchões do sofá cama e cama solteiro do quarto luxo são muito duras,meus filhos não conseguiram dormir,como passamos fds não foi nada agradável.

Sijainti on erinomainen aivan rannassa upean pitkän hiekkarannan varrella! Hotellissa on hyvät peruspalvelut, erinomainen aamiainen. Huone kaipaisi peruskorjausta. Parveke huoneessa oli uima-altaalle päin, mutta meri näkyi silti hyvin. Jurere on Florianopoliksen pohjoisosassa ja erittäin rauhallinen ja miellyttävä alue. Useita erilaisia hiekkarantoja aivan lähellä pitkiä kävelyitäkin varten.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, and the amenities were great.
The reception desk wasn’t so welcoming at checking in,checking out or any other service we requested, they really didn’t explain about the areas around the hotel location for activities or meals,the other staff was polite and friendly with a better attitude letting us know the location in the hotel area.The jacuzzi outside was the worse I have seen, it was so dirty I couldn’t go in
The bathroom and kitchen in our apartment it was clean and organized but the door and baseboards was very dusty
