Clean room, elevator, uncomplicated check in and check out

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was adorable, spacious, and comfortable. The staff even surprised us with breakfast for us in the morning which was so thoughtful and made our day. Our only complaint was that the stove kept beeping, it seemed like a timer kept going off. Otherwise our stay was great and we’d definitely recommend.

Location is good for the north stuff and a bit far for things like the pantheon and crypt. It’s next to the moulin rouge but was oddly quiet. We had an issue getting in and had to call the number on our reservation. There is nobody there to assist after the day worker goes home. Also, she hides in the basement. The basement is also where the “self serve” luggage storage is lol. And, DO NOT follow the directions on the washer/dryer, that will not work. Somehow, we had to hard press the “time management” button to shut off the wash cycle.

Place was clean and in a great area. There was a washer/dryer machine in the place, which took a little time to figure out but once we did it worked great. Service with the staff was great and quick. We did have a problem with the toilet overflowing due to plumbing issues upstairs. We did loss money on a excursion that day. Because we couldn't leave the place, the toilet and the shower weren't accessible. Picture shows what happen. This is the best of it, it was really bad. The toilet kept over filling for hour with urine and poop. I have to put towel down to stop it from running into the living space. Ended up with 2 inches of urine and poop in the restroom before the finally got it fixed, several hour later. The office staff just didn't respond fast enough. The maid service was great and help more the the office staff.

Really comfortable apartment in a great location

The place is small.. washroom door does not close. It has no fan, it also has no fan.. and very foggy after showering.

There was only two toilet roll for 6 days with 3 adults. No hand soap in the kitchen, no vacuum to do any cleaning. No sponge or brush to clean the washroom. No face towels or paper towel.. the worse part was not getting a reply back about being able to leave a luggage in the storage after check out. Pls do better

Très bien situé. Proche de tout. Sacré-Cœur 15 min de marche. Rues intéressantes, Lepic, Abesses, Caulaincourt et des Matyrs. Station de Métro Blanche à deux pas, ligne 2. Resto Italien Pink Mama à 5 min de marche.

First night was a nightmare, with our room adjacent to a young family that woke 7:30a, moving furniture to little feet running around with Redbull energy. You could hear everything in room 331. We asked for another room and it was an unbelievable difference (due to guests). Customer Service was prompt in transferring us.
We had everything we needed in the unit; peace/privacy, great pull-out couch bed, dishwasher, washer/dryer!!, fantastic AC to luxurious bedding. Oh! I adore their Chevron natural wooden floor! The bathroom color scheme could use some rework, but stocked with incredibly fluffy large towels! It was the perfect space for the 3 of us, allowing us to make a healthy breakfast before heading out for 20K+ steps in Paris! There are so many options spanning from restaurants, grocery stores, cafes to transportation! We LOVED riding LIME bikes throughout the city - pricey but efficient! We would definitely return & recommend this hotel!

The property was perfectly placed with lots to see and do around the Moulin Rouge and Chât Noire. The metro is a few steps away and there was ample food and grocery options nearby. The exclusive use of mobile app for accessing the property took some getting used to, but we never had any issues.

The property was a little small for 4 people over the age of 15.

I was also a nice surprise to have the last stage of the Tour de France pass in front of us.

Nous avons exposé un problème dès notre arrivés la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas. Apparemment ce problème date de plusieurs semaine car le bas de la porte est couvert de moisissure et gonflé par l’eau. Les gens d’entretiens sont supposément passés mais il n’avait pas les outils pour régler le problème bien que ce fut clairement nommé. Les planchers du logement étaient sales. Le drain de la douche n’arrivait pas à capter l’eau de la douche. L’eau s’accumulait pendant la douche et couvrait complètement le plancher de la pièce. Aucune aide ou compensation ne fut offert. On sent vraiment que le client n’est pas important nous avons été très déçu par cette hébergement. Mis à part son emplacement il n’y avait pas beaucoup de positif

Lovely apartment. Getting in with the QR code was easy. The space is small but as described. Nice amenities and perfect location. Two things to mention. The QR code for the luggage room wasn’t working and I had to call the manager of the property. The phone number indicated on the wall in the apartment is incorrect. Since there is no manager on site those phone numbers should be accurate. Also think of foreigners and a possibility to call free with WhatsApp for example.

Loved the location, our room was a little tight compared to other rooms. But I would stay here again. Room had a strong ac, comfy bed, and great shower. I would book this hotel again, and recommend it.

I enjoyed staying at this property, the daily breakfast and authentic Parisian pastries each morning, as well as the cleanliness of the apartment really was fantastic. The aesthetic was modern yet minimalist, and the safety of the gate entry into the apartment was fantastic the areas by the Moulin Rouge so we can be a little sketchy at night and dark however You know that in advance. The staff was courteous. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because there was a point when they were supposed to send over communication for the 3-D secure link I asked for it in advance and didn’t hear any response when I finally got a hold of the staff I had to call instead of using the messaging through Expedia and we were able to rectify, but it did give me a bit of a scare because I was unable to get my QR code for the key until I completed the registration when I spoke to the staff member Manan, who is very helpful , she let me know that the email they had on file was through Expedia and not my direct email although we had been using Expedia messaging that could’ve been communicated with me earlier and I could’ve provided them with my email address so that we had a continued smooth process. Nonetheless, Manon was very helpful, and I was able to have a really strong stay for my sister‘s birthday and my husband birthday as well. If I were to go back to Paris which I will be, I would definitely definitely stay here again the hospitality was great. The cleanliness was fantastic.

Its very nice apartment can sleep 4, 2 in the bedroom and another 2 on the sofa cama, the kitchen well equipped.. very close to restaurants etc

No air conditioning, they just use 2 fan in our room, other than that it was great neighborhood to stay in for mini vacation Trips

Great location for exploring Paris, steps away from the Moulin Rouge, multiple metro stations and bus stops. Numerous dining options from bakeries and coffee shops along Rue Lepic to bistros everywhere. Flat itself is small (as expected) but beautifully furnished and appointed. And let’s face facts, you’re in Paris to be in the city, not to sit indoors, even with a heatwave on. Washer-dryer in the unit and AC are big pluses. Bonus tip: try and visit the small but wonderful Musee de Montmarte, right by the Sacre Coeur. Located in a house Renoir once lived in, it’s a short bus ride, if you want to skip the uphill walk, and gives you a feel for the history and character of the neighborhood.

Service was great with communication. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing through a heat wave. There was everything we needed in the apartment and it was nice and clean.

Great place

Place was great, had all the necessary kitchen equipment. The staff was always available to answer questions or needs. Restaurants, grocery stores, train stations and bus stops were walking distance. Would recommend this place highly.
