El departamento es muy cómodo, muy limpio y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos para pasar nuestra estancia allí. La ubicación es excelente, a tan solo 30 metros de la playa y casi 1 cuadra del broadwalk. La cama es muy cómoda, el departamento muy luminoso, todo funciona perfectamente.
Habría que mejorar la instancia de check in, ya que te piden que envíes una foto de tu pasaporte a través de tu teléfono personal, y no responden directamente a través de booking. Cuando llegué como no tenía el código de ingreso tuve que llamar por teléfono y me costó mucho enviar foto del pasaporte vía mensaje de texto. Ese es un punto a mejorar.
Luego, la atención diaria no es instantánea, ya que tuvimos problemas con el wifi y no hubo nadie que conteste. El wifi no es bueno en absoluto. Si trabajás de forma remota, es una prestación que no será útil para el huésped. Se corta todo el tiempo y no tiene buena velocidad. Terminamos usando nuestros datos de roaming. Por último, un aspecto a mejorar sería el aire acondicionado. Si bien enfría, es un aparato viejo y hace muchísimo ruido, no dejándote descansar apropiadamente.
Recomendamos este hospedaje, es amplio, confortable, limpio, buena decoración, excelente ubicación, funciona muy bien el aire acondicionado, el wifi, tiene muy buena iluminación natural, tiene ventanas en todas las áreas, tiene persianas, y no se escucha ruido en la noche. Todo fue muy tranquilo. en la zona externa tiene mesas y sillas donde podíamos disfrutar de la zona, el mar y la brisa.
Recomendamos solo dos cosas: 1. Tener otras dos pailas adicionales para cocinar. 2. que las sábanas, fundas y toallas sean blancas, esto por el código de limpieza. eso da la seguridad de contar con sábanas y toallas limpias.

The location and apartment was fantastic. I couldn’t have expected or hoped for better. The apartment met all my needs. Upon arrival after a very lengthy flight the journey from the airport it was wonderful to arrive to a fresh, beautifully clean and well prepared apartment. Aircon was already on which was an absolute blessing. More than enough information leaflets to support your stay. Excellent quality white goods, furniture and bathroom/ bedroom amenities. Cleaning staff attended regularly throughout the week and were engaging, pleasant and always helpful. Management were patient, kind and helpful with new residents upon arrival, were always available and only a phone call away should any questions need answered or any issues arise. The apartment is only a 30 second gentle walk away from the beach front and local amenities. The local people are warm, engaging and up for a friendly chat.
We appreciated the close proximity to the beach, and the apartment was very well equipped.
Communication was poor. On the day of our arrival, we did not receive the entry code, and they were not immediately reachable by phone. Responses to our questions would sometimes take hours or even until the next day, including issues such as the laundry not working or the parking being full. We did not get the invoice even when asked twice.

2) the kitchen appliances were nice
1) The air conditioner in the bedroom is high so it blows on you as you sleep. The air conditioner is also ridiculously loud.
2) not central AC
3) the bedroom sheets aren't white which is gross
4) the shower is very high up and hard to use for me even though I am 5'10"
5) they left virtually no space to put clothes so we had to keep them in our bags. While it was nice they gave us towels then there was no room to hang up clothes
Great location although a bit north of most of the restaurants but not bad. Clean and had a great kitchen. Nice having a separate bedroom. Good value for a suite in this location.
Really was overall nice. Motion light across the way kept going on and off all night, and with the frosted glass door it kept shining into the living room. But obviously nothing they could control. Might have some type of blind over the door to shield from the light. But that is a minor issue. Bathroom sink was a bit slow to drain.

Great location, pretty large room with two queen beds(one better than the other). Very nice shower and HOT water. Fairly quiet even though it’s next to the Rip Tide live music (ends around 9:00pm).

The location is excellent. The air conditioner is very noisy—it hums constantly, making it impossible to sleep at night. The shower smells of sewage.

Good location
Late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am). Cleaning staff was already waiting short before check out. Room was ok but not really clean. Broken warm water for some hours without notice, we couldn't have a shower after beach.
