Fantastic! Will come again.
Pros:

The cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was so clean. The restaurant on the rooftop was AMAZING! I'll be going again.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I stay for 4 days . You were taking deposit from me everyday 200 usd , so in total
Four deposits is 800 usd . And already pass more than 2 weeks I still didn’t get my money back !!!

Pros:

Room is nice. Gym is great and the terrace with the view . Front desk stuff not nice . Restaurant stuff is great ( maybe because they are working for the tips that’s why ) but front desk all the young girls can be much nicer!

Cons:

I didn’t like that you were taking everyday deposit . Can take only one time is enough . And already pass a month I still didn’t get all my deposit back . I stayed for 4 days .

The stay was alright for one night but I would definitely never book again.
Pros:

I liked the pool and the gym and things of that nature.

Cons:

I didn’t like that on this website certain things were not applied in the hotel. Like I requested a smoking room and then was told they don’t have anything like that here. Then the wifi was not easy to access.

Pool time!
Pros:

The pool was great! So clean and very spacious! We spent almost 2 hours there! Just a couple of fishes! Room was very comfortable with a great size tv! We didn't get to use the room service but it was very tempting

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast could be better. Yogurt option was very sour (probably spoiled) and the bacon was a little tasteless and overcooked. The egg was great tho! The pillows could also be a little firmer

Cons:

Les lits sont très mou…. Difficile pour les douleurs lombaires. Nous n’avons pas trouvé comment régler la température de la chambre… un peu froid.

Stay overall was excellent until last day security gaurd downstairs was caught being racist to an old Chinese man lookin
Pros:

Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant
1st day Bartender Raphael was sweet and accommodating. Front desk check in was super accommodating even walked our luggage to our room. Great location. Downstairs doorman always super Nice!

Cons:

On 2nd day Restaurant on 12 floor bar female bartender gave poor service. We ask for some water, bartender served a big glass bottle with no glasses and ran back to the circle of coworkers playing around together goofing around and taking pictures of each other. Immature n childish. Had to physically look for bartender multiple times to ask for a beer. Couldn’t find her so ask the hostess twice still no response. Poor service all together while 4 or 5 staff just standing around chit chatting.
