I will NEVER stay here again
Pros:

I loved that the property had a steakhouse and whiskey bar that we were unable to access due to a “private party” that we weren’t informed of until we tried to access it.

Cons:

The valet didn’t park our car we had to park it ourselves, the room was not cleaned and had a moldy smell from the vents, the location for uber pick up was riddled with trash

My safe haven

Very nice place, Prime Met Steakhouse is excellen!
Pros:

Very nice with great staff

Cons:

The towels were old and not plush, only a few given, the coffee station only had 1 coffee cup and 1 creamer, no decafe, no discount on parking even though other hotels on the same block offer such.

Pros:

The rooms are tidy, the right dimension and there is everything you need. The staff is very kind and professional. They are ready to help if you need. The gym and the swimming pool for guests are awsome. And also the distance from the main attractions of New York is fine with the metro. Everything was great. Thanks Reinassance!!!

Next to Tangram
Pros:

Nicer than Hyatt Place but at a higher price point. Elevator directly to hotel rooms broken. Bleach smell as well (similar to Hyatt place) but not as strong. Next to Tangram. $28 overnight parking under Tangram.
