Clean. Pool area has a slippery tile on the edge of the pool. My husband slipped on wet tile and injured left hip area.

My husband slipped at the pool and I informed staff. Also wrote a letter to management with pictures of my husbands badly bruised hip. No response.

Pros:

Nice updated hotel. No complaints overall. Might be best place in Dalhart. The only reason 4 stars is that I have a dog and the beds were so high she couldn’t jump on them and I have a hard time lifting her. (Around 30” high) So might it be the right place for me. Also location seems safe but just not too desirable, but it is just a stopover.

You will not be disappointed, excellent staff.
Pros:

Excellent! Super clean, super comfortable and staff super SUPER professional and kind!!! Our second time through Dalhart (and more trips coming up), this will be out "go to" location!!! (They were booked on the first pass through) One of the staff share the pride they have in their hotel and it really shows. Thank you!!

Pros:

Best hotel in Dalhart! Clean, spacious, modern rooms. Breakfast buffet with wide choices of both hot and continental food choices. Friendly and helpful staff. It's the best place to stay if you're traveling between the Midwest and the Southwest!

Very, very comfortable
Pros:

We stayed here for a quick stop on the way to Minnesota. We got in late; however, the room was so comfortable that we fell right to sleep. The breakfast was very good. It had a wide variety. And the kitchen area was super clean. The staff was professional and courteous. We would stay here again.

pleasantly surprised
Pros:

We stayed here while passing through Dalhart and was surprised how great this place was. The staff were always wanting to know how everything was going, did we need anything. The bar and restaurant were amazing. The food was so good and the drinks were specialty made.
