Allergic to dirt
Pros:

Check in and out was easy. Nicely decorated. Convenient to dinningroom, pool and gym.
Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The entire building smelt like dirty carpet.

It was an incredible experience!!
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness of the Room, Pool, and Hotel In general. The breakfast inclusion was plus!! There were many options, different every day, and we had a blast!!

Cons:

I honestly loved everything about this place, I personally couldn’t think of something it was lacking.

Clean, staff was very nice and friendly, facility was neat and organized. Area seemed to be very safe and secure

Cons:

When booking the room I requested the bottom floor closet to the entrance, my walking distance is minimal. I recieved a reply stating the staff was able to assist me. When I checked in I was on floor #4, the top floor. There was 1 package of coffee and one cup in my room the first morning. I reported this to the staff who offered me more coffee packages of Decaf coffee because she was out of regular coffee. The second night I requested more coffee packs and was told "she would have them delivered to my room" never happened!! Small things are very important to older folks.

Pros:

Pool area was nice and clean

Cons:

After the first night when housekeeping came in they made the bed but didn’t take out the trash. They also took the towels and didn’t replace them, we had to go to the lobby to ask for towels.

Lacking. The elevator was broke and the heat was on in the hallways. Ice was only on bottom floor.

The cleaning staff was amazing. The check in girl was ok. Not the friendliest.

Cons:

It was the manager that I did not care for in the slightest. There were construction workers that they did not charge their room for one night and they were getting to stay for free and she is talking about this at breakfast. Flirting with the men. Inappropriate that she was off for a day and this wasnt the check in persons first time this had happened and they were going to get a write up. entirely unprofessional because I sure wasnt getting a discount and did not need to hear the way that she was talking wit these men.
