Loved our stay at legoland resort hotel
Pros:

The location was fantastic and very close to Legoland.The room was gorgeous and very family friendly and spacious

Cons:

We were disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance.

The only reason to stay here is the location to Legoland. The hotel and facilities are terrible
Pros:

Location to Legoland
Staff were friendly and polite

Cons:

The hotel is dated and tired. Everything closes at 9pm, and they even ran out of beer by 6pm (broken pumps?).
2 elevators to serve hundreds of guests meant long waits.
Food was basic.

Lodges were nice

Cons:

There arent staff at the places they need to be. You need wait at reception/bar etc till they come back from.doing something else. Very annoying.
You have to work out how to do everything youraelf.

Felt like a big kid myslf. All staff went above and beyond. Cannot say 1 bad word about staff at all. They all amazing
Pros:

Perfect for kids. Also for the big kid in adults. I loved it

Cons:

No mirrors. Only in bathroom. The price of eating in restaurant for 2 adults and 1 kid was absolutely ridiculous. We ate first night. After cheaper to get uber for food.

Pros:

Lots to look around at and keep yourself occupied. Lego theme was brilliant! Kids enjoyed looking at all the figures in reception.

Cons:

It was a long walk to the golf which I didn’t realise and didn’t have a car.

Nice place for once on a while

Nice & clean hotel

Cons:

Very Poor breakfast …. They asked to select slot. When we attended at the selected slot, everything in hot /cold food was almost finished, even fruit was only two apples available.
Parking far off from the hotel, dragging luggage especially with kids is a big issue.

Great for kids especially younger ones
Pros:

So handy for legoland.
Our grandson loved his room & the many play areas
