Great Vision, Better Maintenance Needed
Pros:

Great location and the setup is fantastic for kids. Beautifully done and the staff are super helpful. Nice hearty breakfast. Lots of nice touches for entertaining the little ones.

Cons:

Although the lodge is relatively new, the bathroom smelt of mould. It was apparent that the shower design ejects quantities of water onto the floor and the water has likely percolated between the tiles and into the subfloor. The bathroom floor tiles were moving when walked upon and there was grout missing.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

This was a last minute booking due to other accommodation falling through. Was nice and clean and comfortable for a one night stay. We don’t have young children but it would be somewhere I’d definitely return with my grandkids!

Czas zameldowania 20 minut problem z preautoryzacją karty. Przydzielenie pokoju dla osób z niepełnosprawnością było dyskomfortem pod prysznicem.

Place at the magical qualities you’d expect from Legoland and service and staff were very very good

It was a good place for the children. Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

Start to get a little bit rundown. Took an incredibly long time to get a invoice at the end.

La comida. Para el precio que tiene la comida es escasa, poco variada y calidad pésima.
No rellenaban ni el agua para beber.

I would definitely recommend & we had a lovely stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic, there were play areas situated all over site right next to the rooms, the staff were amazing.

Cons:

The curtains in the room were missing hooks leaving gaps & a couple of the towels had small holes which made the place feel slightly worn. I get it’s hard to keep play areas clean but during busy times I felt more staff were definitely needed.

The location is very convenient for visiting LEGOLAND, and the LEGO theme is a nice concept for families with children

The food quality was disappointing. In general, the hotel feels quite dated and worn, and both the rooms and common areas would benefit from a significant refurbishment.
