Hot - No A/C or window fans
Pros:

The location is near historical buildings of the old west.

Cons:

No AC. No window fan units. Had to leave the windows open because of the August heat. This is unsafe.
The windows did hot lock.
The bathroom shower drain was filthy and clogged.
There is no management or staff on-site. No food or drinks are available on-site.

Clean room, friendly staff in a route 66 throwback hotel.
Pros:

They sent a code and I was able to immediately get into the room. The room was clean and the hotel staff responded promptly to questions and proble.s.

Cons:

There was no ac (this may have been listed and I didnt read it ahead). I was traveling alone (Im a woman) and did not feel safe leaving the windows open.

Stayed here because it was close to Philmont. It was decent, but I wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Location was close to Philmont. It was very convenient as we were picking up our son from camp.

Cons:

Shower was slow to drain. TV wasn't working. Room looked old. It didn't look like anyone was onsite for issues.

Cons:

For a place that relies solely on wind and air to cool the rooms (no a/c) then all the windows in the unit should open. Only 1/2 the windows of our 2 bedroom unit opened during a heat wave.

Pros:

We've stayed there before, and we really, really like it. Recently, the management changed. So we never ever saw anybody that worked there
We didn't like the fact that couldn't check-in until 4 and we had to check out at 10 normally. It's check out at 11 and check-in at 3. There wasn't any extra toilet paper. Usually there's an extra one. It was 40° last night, and there was no heater. There was no management on site at all in case we needed anything.

Cons:

See above

This was the perfect place, at the best time, in the nicest area! What more do you need? Enjoy!
Pros:

I was travelling from point A, to point B, to point C,D,E and F. What I wanted was something that said welcome home for the night, and that's exactly what happened. It was comfortable and quiet, and there's nothing better than that! Thank you!

Cons:

I can't think of one thing.

No more booking.com
Cons:

The propane was shut off so no hot water. We were told it would be on sometime that evening but no guarantee when. It was going on five in the evening and we had been hiking and driving all day and were in need of a shower before going to dinner. We talked to the property manager about the situation and she offered no mercy or help. Booking dot com was useless in helping resolve the matter. We moved on 40 miles to a new location. I am done with booking.com for ever.
