Great place if you have a car and want to stay near the city center.
Pros:

Excellent service, clean and interesting atmosphere. Room was very comfortable. Gym was wonderful and the restaurant and free parking were convenient as well. Good for couples and families. Modern atmosphere and well decorated.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

Everything was perfectly done. The staff even upgraded our room into a mini apartment like room. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also great. Location wise its very good too. Very nice modern hotel nothing to complain with. Would surely recommend and would be staying again if i visit again

Pros:

Clean facilities, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Since e I'm regular guest here, it's good 😌 to see that they are improving with breakfast options.

Cons:

The cleaning and facilities were terrible.
I booked this property for April 21–27 through Booking.com and paid in full in advance. Upon arrival, I found that the room was dirty, extremely small, and did not match the photos or description shown on the listing. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I was unable to stay in the room.

The hotel refused to provide a refund, stating that the reservation was made via Booking.com. As they had no alternative rooms available, I was relocated to a nearby WH apartment for the same price.

However, the alternative accommodation was also of very poor standard. It was unclean, and housekeeping was provided only once every four days. In addition, I had already paid for breakfast and other services at the hotel, which forced me to return there daily, causing significant inconvenience.

This situation represents a clear case of misrepresentation of the property and failure to provide the services that were paid for. Moreover, after my stay, I discovered that a newly purchased pair of shoes was missing from my luggage, which adds to the seriousness of this experience.

Given these circumstances, I formally request a full refund of my payment, as the accommodation provided did not meet the advertised standards and the paid services were not properly delivered. I kindly ask Booking.com to review this case and take appropriate action.

Wenn wir wieder nach Ljubljana kommen, gehen wir wieder im dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Design hat zu uns gepasst. Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und sind nicht nur von den schönen Badezimmern begeistert.

Cons:

Wir waren vor dem 1.4.2026 dort. Die Klimaanlage läuft erst ab Mai, was für uns grundsätzlich in Ordnung ist. Allerdings lag unser Zimmer zur Straße und heizte sich durch die Sonne auf 26 Grad auf. Bei offenem Fenster war es nachts zu laut – insgesamt etwas ungünstig.
