Clean, comfortable, but if you are looking for luxury - it's not for you.
Pros:

Overall I am satisfied. Convenient location, cleanliness, staff is very kind and helpful. Good WiFi, towels changed every day, good lighting in the room, comfortable pillows.

Cons:

I have some comments:
= there is not a single hanger in the bathroom.
= the shower door is quite narrow - I think a person over 80 kg would have difficulty getting in.
= there is not a single chair or at least a stool in the room
= the breakfast is not varied, it is the same every day

Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля: рядом трамвайная остановка, недалеко метро. До достопримечательностей можно и пешком дойти. Скромный отель, но цена прямо радует, завтрак включен, можно выпить чаю в любое время. В номере есть все необходимое. Заселилась быстро, приятные сотрудники на ресепшен. Рекомендую!

Room light is bright enough.

Breakfast is simple but tasty.ham cheese eggs and bread olive tomatoes and some vesitables.

Near the tram stop.3minutes walk
metro about 10 minutes walk.

town surroundings are safe in daytime.

bed stuff is comfortable.

Cons:

Not big room.regular size.
no bus tub （as is normal in many countries）.
