maybe ok for most times until they charge you extra.
Pros:

The location was good. The suite and the facilities are also pretty good and well-maintained. The on-site staff team are also great and helpful.

Cons:

I was mistakenly charged an extra $100, but the backend staff is not helping me. They refused to provide me with some very simple documents when I requested them.

Pros:

Very welcoming staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable. From something as simple as providing slippers to asking if we needed anything for the night like toothbrushes or snacks. Everything was great!

The location is excellent. The rooms are bright and light. I loved the little kitchen in every room. The filtered water was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The lobby is great, there is a lot of space to relax or meet with people. Nicely decorated.

Cons:

This hotel only has housekeeping every other day. We were given 3 towels for our 2 night stay, which isn't enough considering we were showering twice per day. Also, housekeeping service tried to enter my room before I checked out. Thankfully I had the safety bar in place. I feel like this hotel is too expensive to not offer more thorough housekeeping.
