Pros:

The staff and facilities were amazing.
My son loved the pool area.
The room service was great and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Pros:

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, we had no working shower for our stay, dirty room (with a cockroach), dirty kitchen which we couldn’t use. No help from the hotel or Expedia, would never recommend Expedia and Adagio.

A bit in a weird spot along the highway so not easy to move around

It would be nice if the pool was open earlier and when it doesn’t open until 10 guests should be notified prior to this and not be told the pool is very dirty , this is not the truth

Allasalueelle, jossa on lastenallas, ei aurinko juuri paista, eikä aikuisten altaalle saa tuoda lapsia. Allasalueen puolesta hotelli ei ole lapsiperheystävällinen.

Huoneilma oli hyvin kostea, vaikka ilmastointi oli päällä jatkuvasti. Matotkin olivat kosteat lähes jatkuvasti. Voisikohan varsinkin mattojen kosteus johtua siivous tavoista?

Suihkuvesi vaihteli itsestään sopivasta lähes polttavan kuumaan.

Pros:

The hotel is new, the rooms are nice.
The hotel was very full, so the check-in was a bit slow.
The receptionists should be more trained on how to respond to guests when they are approached instead of '1 minute' which is slightly rude.

Pros:

Very nice hotel for the price. The staff is really good and the property is very clean and up to date.
Room is a little bit small but it was right for the two of us. It has a balcony with a really nice view.
