Es un lugar al cual volvería, bonito, limpio, tranquilo. La forma en la que brindan la información del chek in es una maravilla.

Good for what it is

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is a horrible hotel, stay absolutely anywhere else. Immediately upon entering the room we saw a scorpion! There were also several spiders (I counted 5 in the 2 minutes we were there, not small ones either). My sister and I are terrified of spiders so that will not work. Also there were ants crawling around everywhere. From the outside it looked like a place people live, not just a hotel. There were kids toys and bikes around everywhere, the outside patio area was disgusting, and it seemed like a very sketchy area. And since we were there late there was no one in an office to speak to. We left after looking around for 2 minutes and realized it will not be safe or comfortable to stay there (especially seeing the scorpion, which is poisonous)! I contacted the property the next day. The person I spoke to refused to provide me a refund and stated that “it’s normal to find bugs in your room because it’s Costa Rica”. Keep in mind I have stayed at 2 other hotels in Costa Rica before that one, no issues with any bugs. The hotel 10 minutes away I stayed at after leaving this one, also no bugs. And they are still refusing to provide me a refund, all they said was they can offer me a room on the 2nd floor but that there will probably be bugs and spiders in that one too! I’ve traveled thru over 20 countries, I’ve stayed in hostels, hotels, etc and this is by far the worse experience I have ever had dealing with a hotel. You’ve been warned!

Me gusto absolutamente todo, desde antes de llegar, en como te informan todo. Y el hospedaje demasiado lindo, el apartamento cumplio nuestras expectativas y mas, volveria las veces que sean necesarias
La piscina demasiado bonita, el parqueo bien y el lugar muy tranquilo ideal para ir en familia

Really enjoyed my stay at Hermosa Paradise:) Thank you for the hospitality and welcome environment. It’s located just out of the way from surrounding busy hotels but only a short walk from Playa Hermosa. It’s quiet and family orientated. A few little updates to the room would be nice. Can’t wait to come back next year. Pura Vida!

Great location, easy acces, parking, large clean and comfy room for one night stay on business trip.

Great hotel and a nice room. I little noisy from the pool pumps and they were having problems with the internet during our stay.

The pillows were lumpy and inadequate.
Otherwise very nice condo

We've stayed here a few times and feel it's good value for the price. Tonight there were some ants crawling around on the floor, but heh, we're in Costa Rica so not too surprised. The pool was warm and the bed was comfy.

A mattress with some padding would have been nice for comfort. Personal preference but it was hard.

The information provided to access the property and unit were fantastic. All the staff on the property are friendly and kind. The reception contact, (I can’t remember her name) was absolutely lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The pool was warm with very few people using it. You can walk easily to the beach and the grocery store is right out front.

Water from shower did go into main room and so floors were slick.

Arrived at property during their business hours and was unable to access property. Didn't answer phone or whatsapp. Finally someone noticed we had been sitting outside. The room was spacious if not luxurious. Large patio overlooking nice pool. Hot tub wasn't hot but pool was refreshing. Located next to grocery store which was convenient. Playa Hermosa didnt impress. Access was limited unless you were staying in a beachfront property, which this wasn't. Room staff was pleasant. Altogether no major complaints and a pretty good value for the money.

Pros:The apartment was clean and a good size for a family of 4 . Good size of terrace with a table and chairs.Good storage for everyone's clothes. A coffee maker, a toaster , a couple of pots, plates,cups and glasses enough for 4 ppl Excellent communication with the management via whatsup. Good location, close to the beach ( about 15 min walk and few minutes drive) and many restaurants. A small grocery store in the building.
Cons: very old electric stove, almost not suitable for cooking,takes forever to boil water.

Très bonne literie , bel espace avec une cuisine.
Hébergement sympa, à taille humaine, avec jolie terrasse.
Par contre peu de choix de restaurant aux alentours accessibles à pied (il y en a un très bon à 15 min à pied , où on mange en rooftop, mais assez cher et bondé d américains)

Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Great location if you are looking to explore the locate area
