Good apartment, but the owner should adjust the clarity.
Pros:

A cozy two-floor apartment with a beautiful natural Georgian garden, located in the Old Town. Excellent location — just a 1-minute walk from Liberty Square.

Cons:

We stayed 5 days, and no one changed the bed linen or provided bathroom accessories.

Super Lage und sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Leider nicht so sauber und sehr staubig.Keinerlei Reinigungsmittel (Spülmittel,Lappen,Küchentuch,Besen usw.).Nur ein alter Schwamm und Handbesen.

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение (5 минут до торгового центра Галерея, 15 минут пешком до старого города). Удобная планировка (мини кухня, диван, балкон, шкаф на первом этаже и спальня и душ с туалетом на втором этаже). Удобная кровать. Есть балкон. Нам разрешили остаться чуть дольше после времени выселения, что нам очень помогло в дождливую погоду. Чистые полотенца в хорошем состоянии. Есть сушилка для белья и гладильная доска с утюгом.

Cons:

Слабая шумоизоляция (в последнюю ночь кто-то играл на пианино в 23.50).
Хотелось бы в апартаментах базовых вещей (новую губку для мытья посуды, моющее для посуды, дополнительный рулон туалетной бумаги и дополнительное мыло для рук).
Подъезд в плохом состоянии, но квартира полностью соответствует фото. Нет лифта.
Заранее спрашивайте как добраться, по этому адресу несколько подъездов.

Nice place to stay in the city centre
Pros:

Right next to Liberty square on a small street full of life, but at the same time the apartment is in a quiet courtyard. Everything was great, the owner was helpful and tried her best to solve the small issues. Would highly recommend

Отличное место для проживания в Тбилиси
Pros:

Больше всего нам понравилась локация места, в центре самого центра, и несмотря на это тишина и не слышно шум с улиц.
Чистота на должном уровне.
Кофе и завтрак прямо под домом, но слегка дороговато, но в двух минутах ходьбы все вполне доступно.

Cons:

Третий этаж без лифта для нас был небольшим испытанием(а каждый этаж метров 5-6 в высоту, строение дореволюционное)

Идеальное соотношение цены и качества
Pros:

Мне понравилось абсолютно всё! Расположение - просто огонь: в центре центра, вход с самой гламурной, пешеходной улицы Тбилиси. Красивый исторический дом. Детально продуманное и максимально удобное заселение. Чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое, хозяин на связи. Есть кондиционер, стиральная машинка, диван внизу раскладывается. В общем, есть всё для комфортного проживания. Рекомендую!
