Great location for theJo'burg bus tours.

Cons:

In terms of commnication. The hotel is cashless with no money exchange bureau. This should be made clear at some point during the booking.

Not much to complain about but the following could be given a bit of attention:

1. The wash basin in the bathroom is very small, shallow and uncomfortable to use.
2. Definitely a new toaster in the breakfast area

Unpleasant and uncomfortable.
Cons:

There was a chunk of someone else's hairs on the shower floor. The bathmat also had someone's hair and there was dust on the bathroom floor. The bed was old and it made the most irritating squeaky sound each time I turned on the bed. The bathroom door is chipped and so is the headboard.
I've stayed at the hotel before but I was disappointed with the room I stayed in, it was not value for money.
