Warm and welcoming staff with great hotel amenities. I will certainly be back next time I'm there!
Pros:

I stayed in this hotel during a roughly 8 day trip to Joburg with a close friend. We had separate rooms, which were fairly spacious with great natural lighting. The fairly large bathroom had a large bathtub and shower with enough space for us two to keep our toiletries. Our suite also came with a well-equipped kitchen and I cooked a few times during the stay with ease. We also regularly ordered room service, as service was pretty fast.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly warm and friendly. They were always willing to answer our questions and attend to any needs we had. We regularly chatted with the manager, who checked in throughout our stay, and their hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay.

It was convenient having breakfast included in our stay, and they have espresso beverages available to order on site as well.

Cons:

The breakfast food was decent, but not spectacular. I also typically eat plant based, and while there were a good amount of vegetarian options, the vegan options were limited to fruit, bread and breakfast potatoes.

Comfortable and secure
Pros:

The location felt safe, they have security at the gate. There is good and free parking for guests. The rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

Service at the restaurant was extremely slow, waiting over 45 minutes for food. The breakfast buffet was quite limited with some options running early and not replenished.
