Hospitable
Pros:

The view from the room. The cleanliness of the rooms and the warmth of the staff. I also like that there are strict security measures in place for people going in and out.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok there could be more variety in the options that are presented.

OK, except if you wanted wine or beer with your dinner
Pros:

Breakfast was good, with a wide range of halal choices. Location was quiet.

Cons:

We weren't aware that the property was halal- nothing is stated in its description. So we were unable to have drinks with out dinner. Other guests also had the same issue.

turned out to be a good choice of accommodation and better than expected
Pros:

The staff at Rosebank Hyatt House are absolutely wonderful and deserve much praise. It is a very good choice for a place to stay in the area.

Cons:

The sole problem with the good location of Hyatt House is that of course it's actually in Melrose not Rosebank, and to walk to and from the restaurants, cafés, shops and more in the welcoming and very useful Rosebank commercial area, one must do two blocks which are ok to walk during a sunny day but at night not advisable for pothole (yes, in sidewalks) and security reasons. It's fine at the hotel and in Rosebank it's just the bit in between.

Adequate stay, no more
Pros:

Spacious room. Good location.

Cons:

Very noisy air conditioning, terrible free breakfast, would have been good to know it is Halal (ie no bar/ no alcohol sold).
