Pros:

The kitchenette was nice the room was clean. The shower also had good pressure.

Cons:

There were no physical employees in the building in the evening and at night and the building smelled heavily of weed. The bed had only 2 small throw pillows, also the AC did not work hardly at all so the first night when it was hot that day the room started at 78 degrees when we got there and only got down to 72 in the middle of the night.

Comfortable and good location. Bring nose plugs.
Pros:

Very close to concord regional airport and attractions nearby.

Cons:

The entire placed reeked of stale weed smoke. It was nauseating. I don’t mind weed but it just smelled like stale smoke and blunts. Gave me a headache.

Cons:

Smell was bad in the hallway, also trash bag left in the hallway all day. No one came to change out any towels in room.

Beds are very stiff

Will not stay here again

The hotel itself was clean and had been updated.

Cons:

The check in process was extremely frustrating. I booked this hotel for my daughter and grandchildren. They had to check in around 7pm. There is NO ONE at the front desk over night! You have to press a button to speak to someone remotely. Their accent was so strong they had to ask them to repeat themselves after every sentence. They asked to see her ID and wouldn't let her in because it didn't match the name I entered as the person staying there. Only because I gave them her middle name,which is what we call her. They kept telling her that the confirmation number was not correct either. I had to call and after about 5 minutes they finally let her in the building. It makes me very uncomfortable to know that there is NO ONE at the front desk for guests at night.

Pros:

The fact that the room was a 1 bedroom house was excellent. It was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen area was amazing. The staff was amazing and check in was a breeze.

For non smoking all I could smell was THC vape or pot the smell was even in room. Highly disappointed
