A decent place to stay.
Pros:

The location was great, and it was quiet in our room. Our room was spacious.

Cons:

It was fine. Breakfast was good…but the first two days our server needed some training. The next server was very good.

Great location and very good value
Pros:

The location is perfect because you're in downtown but 3 blocks away, so it's a pretty quiet area, the place is awesome, very good service, very large room ( we stayed at the "Serpent" suite), good wifi, in all a great value

Cons:

The breakfast included is pretty basic, only eggs, juice, coffee and bread. In our suite the hot water was on and off while showering, anyhow that's typical in South America

el ambiente del Hotel es muy lindo, la ubicacion y me encanto que orfece servicios de SPA

Cons:

La cama de la suite Cielo, super extremandamente suave, casi floja. Dormimos bastante mal. Por el precio de la suite, esperaria mejor calidad en los jabones de manos, shampoo, etc. Y al menos una cestita basica con algodón y cotonentes.

My husband and I came to Cholula for a wedding, and the stayed at casa Eva was amazing , it such a beautiful place nicely decorated wonderful staff, immaculate clean. I would definitely stayed there again.
