More choice of coffee although I didn’t ask
The staff is amazing! Very helpful! We discussed all the details before my stay. At the day of my arrival was my birthday and they prepared a cake with candle for me and decorated the room with balloons and petals! It was so delightful to see such an amazing gesture! Outside bathtub was clean and everything worked just fine. But because of strong wind the curtain concealing bathtub area was off. And they fixed that for me in minutes after I asked!
Room looked a bit differently from photos. Bathtub was smaller but still was pretty nice.
Breakfasts were good. Not too much variety but everything was fresh and delicious.
Tv had all necessities - streaming services, YouTube premium, etc. not that I had time for that but still it’s good they provide some entertainment as well.
Lobby cafe closes at 10pm. One day I got back at that time hungry and too tired to go somewhere else, but they were already closing. But mini bar with snacks and drinks really saved me from starvation. Prices are reasonable.
They really DO clean your room, not just take the trash away, replenish and make the bed. I stayed at many Vietnamese hotels during this trip and that was refreshing to come back to a really clean room.
A little bit old furniture but it kind of looked fitting. Towels and bathrobes are pretty old and grey but clean and fluffy.

False advertising about the bath, it was filthy and the curtain on the balcony was half falling down and covered in mould.

Staff very helpful.
Location is not convenient for tour pick ups - add taxi cost and time (min 30 mins journey) to join any excursions. Breakfast lacks any western food items and hot drink choice. Lifts and carpets dirty and worn out in public areas. My "bungalow" had a small ant infestation. Bathtub/shower has a 3.5 foot side wall /deep cavern which is impossible to safely get into. Room had a terrible smell of stale cooking odours and needs deodorizing. Curtains and fixtures are worn. Bare cement and lacking any warmth in decor

The location is really bad if you are in Hanoi for a short time.
My mistake was not double checking the location.
They have multiple different hotels under the same name around Hanoi which might be confusing if you’re first time here
