Staff very helpful.
Location is not convenient for tour pick ups - add taxi cost and time (min 30 mins journey) to join any excursions. Breakfast lacks any western food items and hot drink choice. Lifts and carpets dirty and worn out in public areas. My "bungalow" had a small ant infestation. Bathtub/shower has a 3.5 foot side wall /deep cavern which is impossible to safely get into. Room had a terrible smell of stale cooking odours and needs deodorizing. Curtains and fixtures are worn. Bare cement and lacking any warmth in decor

The location is really bad if you are in Hanoi for a short time.
My mistake was not double checking the location.
They have multiple different hotels under the same name around Hanoi which might be confusing if you’re first time here
The breakfast was not good

房間隔音差，樓層低，周圍施工、喇叭、野狗等噪音影響睡眠。早餐過於簡單，人手不足，常缺菜不補。
Staff were very helpful esp with translations with locals. Attentive to our table during breakfast buffet. Clean bed, linen, and rooms (bathrooms included). Buffet breakfast spread was good, we were happy with the variety. Better food than what I had on a local cruise to Halong Bay.
Not much, other than a slightly musky smell in the room when we first walked in. It must have been left unused for a few days as I suspect it wasnt well ventilated prior to our arrival. Seemed to resolve after that. Bed was a little on the hard side.

- Doar doua prosoape - cate unul pentru fiecare.
Pentru par am cerut eu de fiecare data si am primit. Nimic grav, dar mi-ar fi placut sa fie deja in camera.
- View-ul din prima camera in care am stat. Dar calitatea serviciilor hotelului a compensat. Si oricum, nu este un lucru pe care hotelul il poate influenta.
