Uncomfortable and not worth paying for.
Pros:

The breakfast is nice, hotel is clean. However I would never stay here again.

Cons:

The location is great if you need to commute in and around Hitec city, kondapur, Madhapur and to the airport etc. The room however is terribly uncomfortable, the mattress dips and sinks in odd places and you don’t actually get restful sleep in.


Cleanliness wise there is no issue but the beds are terribly uncomfortable. I did have two issues aside from this:

1. They made me wait half an hour to get my car out of their parking lot. It was blocked by another vehicle that they had no head or tail of which guest it belonged, terrible mismanagement on their part due to which I was delayed to a meeting. Thankfully the guest arrived, and they swiftly moved their vehicle. They even told me that they had given all their details to the front desk along with the car keys should such a need arise, despite which the management were unable to identify the car or the key. Terribly frustrating!


2. During our check in process, while we had filled the forms and signed physically and sent in our govt recognised ID proofs, we were additionally forced to login to their WiFi as proof of our check in. I’ve never heard of such rules even in 5 star hotels. It was downright harassment at this point.

Ok but maintanence should be improved

Pros:

The place was quite average for what I paid. May be they charged higher for location. It just didn’t feel fresh like a nice hotel room. Breakfast was good. Would have done 2 stars if it wasn’t for the guy in the front Imran I think is his name.
