The place was clean

Cons:

The electronic key to open door was very frustrating
And every time we had to spend 10 min to get the apartment door open since the app wasn't responding properly

Pros:

Clean and in a safe area in Griffintown

Cons:

Check in insurrections are hard to understand as communication is all through texting and messaging. The room key is a digital key on your phone which sometimes requires multiple attempts to work.

Good location, average amenities
Pros:

The apartments are in a great location. There is a large 'Metro' supermarket nearby where you can even buy ready-to-eat meals, and the whole area is very quiet.

Cons:

The thing we really didn't like was the curtains—or lack thereof. There are small curtains, but they are purely decorative and do not cover the window. In the evening, anyone outside can see right into the apartment. While some might not mind, we would have preferred more privacy.
The second issue was the bedding. Instead of a duvet cover, the apartment provided two sheets with a duvet sandwiched between them. We stayed at three other hotels in Canada with this same setup. While we prefer a standard duvet cover, we managed fine since it seems to be the local norm.
