Pros:

It was in my eyes less than a 3 star hotel

Cons:

They charge for cleaning, they are for sure under staffed.

Cons:

The check-in process is labourious; phone in, wait for their sms, fill in the form, make a deposit, download the app, put in the code into the app, synch the digital key with the door..but that didn't work right away (uninstall the app, re-install the app, try again...). Sorry but these virtual hotels require too much patience on behalf of the guest.

La calidad de la habitación era muy buena con una cama muy cómoda y un baño y una cocina estupendas.

Buenas vistas desde la planta 11.

Cons:

Los 2 pequeños detalles era que había toallas para 2 y éramos 3 y faltaba la sábana encimera para el sofá -cama.

L’emplacement et le fait qu’il y avait un stationnement dans l’immeuble

Cons:

Difficulté de communication avec le personnel. Difficulté avec le stationnement. Pas eu le bon code wifi et ça a été long avant de trouver une solution. Mais, une personne a été accommodante et a proposé une solution pour leur erreur de stationnement.

Perfect!
Pros:

The accommodation was very clean, and there were plenty of restaurants and nice places to walk nearby, which made my stay very convenient and enjoyable.

Cons:

he shower floor was a little slippery, so adding a non-slip mat would make it feel safer.

Pros:

The ammenitirs including kitchen, 2 bedrooms., two bathrooms, soap fpr dishwasher amd laumdry was provided, livong room had pull out bed and darkening blinds, there is a balcony.

Cons:

There is no bedroom door on the master room. The digital rooms keys had challengrs that were frustrating.

Good and bad
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The double sliding doors to the balcony cut all the noise outside! Turning off the AC and leaving the doors open with the screen on nice day was wonderful.

Cons:

The maintenance took two days to respond. The blind (wall of windows in the bedroom would not go down).

Comfortable and convenient if you are a heavy sleeper
Pros:

Spacious, bright apartment, well equipped kitchen. Good amenities nearby.

Cons:

The basics are clean but some areas haven’t been cleaned for sometime. It’s next to a major road and is very noisy from early in the morning
